The receptionist "Bree" sounded like she was coming off a 10 hour shift, rude, unhelpful and did not seem to know how to check, or book appointments or what doctors even worked there and said there was no one else available to help as the office manager is away for 'months'. As a receptionist myself, answering phones and booking appointments are really the only two things you need to know down pat so a lack of the basic know how to perform your job at the lowest level of the practice raises much concern on whether anyone there is adequately prepared to do their job.
