We're here on holidays. Couldn't get into a doctor in the area after 7 phone calls for my 94 year old Mum. Suggested we go to Noosa Hospital. It was the best advice ever. The staff at reception were prompt, caring and helpful, triage nurse just beautiful in her care for Mum and the nurses and doctor were  outstanding in their care. Every test was done. Even the x- ray guy was caring,compassionate, comforting and reassuring to a nervous elderly Mum. With a few treatments and adjustments to medication we left feeling tired but well assured her health would improve. Our love and appreciation to the happy, wonderful humans at Noosa Hospital Emergency. You are tops. We cannot thankyou enough.

I’ve been waiting over an hour in emergency with my four month old daughter who has had a high temperature for two hours now. It’s not busy with staff wandering very casually around the facility. There’s only been one person admitted in the time I’ve been waiting, and one other person waiting.nHad we known there would be so little care for infants at this hospital, we would have travelled the extra distance to SCUH.nDon’t attend this hospital if you want your child to be cared for.nNoosa Hospital, do not leave your generic and sub par response to this complaint. Your response to other complaints are as poor as your emergency room.nnUpdate - following our visit last night I must add that once we were eventually admitted, the nursing staff were fantastic both in the triage and the emergency room. Hard working and very caring. Other staff sat around telling stories and swearing loudly while the nurses were run off their feet. I’m grateful for the nurses for taking care of us.

We had to visit Noosa Hospital for our sick 3 year old while we were on holiday from New Zealand. Every single staff member we had contact with was friendly, helpful and empathetic. We can’t thank this team enough for their wonderful care they provided our family.

Very grateful to the hospital staff here who took care of our daughter when she was sick and we were on holiday. There are never any GPs available in Noosa so the hospital was happy to help. All of the staff were super friendly and efficient. I want to thank them for helping us and our toddler.

All staff, doctors and nurses looked after me with kindness and compassion, making sure I was comfortable even though they were all rushed off their feet. Very clean and lovely facilities.
