This place hands down is the worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life. I've never had such a negative experience, not only are rooms putrid, but to top it off the staff/management are absolutely rude. Yes, the rooms are cheap, but that does not warrant such disrespect and rude behavior. Do NOT recommend.nI wish you could give 0 stars.

We stayed here and were genuinely impressed by the presence and care of the owner — it really stood out. There were so many thoughtful extras: clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, even coffee — all included in the price. The room had a lovely view of the pool, and the whole place was peaceful, located in what must be one of the nicest areas in all of Australia. The beach wasn’t far either.nnIt’s been a while since I’ve had such a good night’s sleep — thanks to the super comfortable mattress, the perfectly working air conditioning, and a heavy blanket that made it extra cozy. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing and comfy stay. The location was amazing too — quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to walk to the city center. Would definitively recommand!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the attitude of the manager. We made a booking mistake, but instead of finding a reasonable solution, we found it impossible to have a constructive conversation with her. Unfortunately, this left us with no choice but to sleep outside, exposed to mosquitos and other insects. I had always heard that Queenslanders are among the friendliest people in Australia, but this experience was a stark contrast to that expectation. 0% recommended!

So good. Stayed there for 4 nights with my partner in a room and used the shared bathroom and it was really good. Toilets and showers were clean and in the showers they had shampoo and body wash I used my own I brought with me.nRoom was a nice sized bed, it had a ceiling fan to keep us cool and a small little fridge to put some stuff in our room if we wanted to instead of the shared fridge which was fine.nThe kitchen was really good, clean utensils and stocked with some oils and extras so you don't need to worry if you don't have.nLocation was walking distance from the town and the beach.nI would recommend staying here.nThank you !
