Currently in a one bedroom apartment, the apartment is nice enough, furniture isn't the highest quality neither is the bed linen, the room has some nice personal touches that make it feel homely and it's nice on the balcony (albiet not a great view). Bring your own cutlery and cooking knives you will get a mismatched set of this and that in cutlery a selection of random other kitchen utensils, but don't worry! You get 3 different kinds of corkscrew! Also on a side note bring your own toaster, unless you enjoy the smell of burning plastic and circuits. With some slightly nicer furniture and a little closer attention to cleaning and the room would have been worth a 4 star rating. For example the couch has sand on it, there is mould in the bathroom sink drain and the oven is quite grimy on the door glass (toilet however was cleaned quite well). The bed linen is quite course and the couch is pretty average, there is however a nice single chair alongside the couch. Curtains don't keep the sun out either 7:30am and I could no longer sleep due to the room being daylight, will need to buy a sleep mask today. Finally the only other thing that could get it to a 5 star rating would be the following: Considering it is approx $250/n for my booking it would be nice if I didn't have to pay these little extras that are as follows(these are all regardless of your duration of stay): 1: if you use more then 1 role of toilet paper supplied you incur an additional $1 fee per role (1 ply cheapo) 2: if you use more then the 4 tea bags, instant coffee or sugar sachets then you will incur an additional $0.10 fee per extra you would like 3: if you use more then the 2 tiny soaps or shampoos (cannot find and provided or see charges for conditioner) you will incur a $0.50 fee per additional required. They also have some small fees for dishwashing detergent/powder and washing machine detergent at $0.50 per unit as well but honestly that's reasonable enough to me. Overall it's not a bad appartment but for around $250 a night it would be nice to not be charged for such little things (honestly if it's $0.10 for a bar of soap or shampoo then I feel like at $250 a night you can afford to budget one of each consumable each night especially the toilet paper for larger families). It's not bad, but it's not great either. It could become very nice with a few inexpensive touches. Another thing to consider I guess is that it is Christmas time and that of course will increase price to stay, at a cheaper rate it would probably seem better value for money.

Friendly staff, good facilities, nice apartment but the cleaning standards let them down. Shower in particular was very dirty.
