I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at the Coolum Beach Hotel, and it was absolutely incredible. Vicky and her team took such great care of us—everything ran so smoothly. The venue, food, and service were all five-star quality. My guests haven’t stopped raving about what a fantastic night it was. A huge thank you to everyone who made it so special!
Good pub, good atmosphere. Family enjoyed their respective meals……..but they forgot my meal on a table of 6 people, so not a big group. When it finally arrived after the pub host spoke to the kitchen it was terrible. Open souvlaki was dry, meat too tough to chew. Disappointing after being forgotten. Overall would return again.

From the very beginning, venue Manager Shayne and Bistro Manager Vicki went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference on such an important day.nThe staff were absolutely incredible - warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for bringing family and friends together to honour our loved one.nA huge thank you to the entire team at Coolum Beach Hotel. Your care and hospitality made a difficult day so much easier, and we are truly grateful.nHighly recommend this venue for any special gathering.
We had dinner and the lady who showed us to the table was lovely and very welcoming. My salad was nice but my husbands steak was not cooked as he ordered and ordinary for the price. The kids meals were ok but overall it was overpriced and not value for money. The fact I have to order on an app or stand in line to order is not great when I’m paying those prices in my opinion.
Franco was very accommodating to our large group with no booking on one of the busiest Friday nights in Coolum. Food was fast and fresh quicker than the predicted wait time and very generous portions too. Staff were courteous, efficient and well trained.nThank you
