I was so excited to get a nice luscious Big Mac until my greedy hands grabbed on a soggy wet microwaved bun. I am more than disappointed to the point where I chucked it out after a single bite. Don’t microwave my BIG MAC you lazy company. I’m absolutely disgusted, the meat tasted old and smelt horrible like if the only heat applied to it was the stank breath of that rude worker who served me. I went into maccas because it is my FAVOURTIE fast food place and it’s so close to my house but I was let down.. when I found out.. I couldn’t have..my specialty frozen sprite with raspberry I was BEYOND disappointed as this has happened to me twice in a row..fix ur machine please!
Avoid this McDonald’s and eat else where.nThe staff are poorly trained leading to badly made food and beverages. Cold coffee etc.nthe store is always poorly presented.nThe kiosks are always out of receipt paper.nIt’s as though they have no manager to run the store. Save your self and go to a local cafe.
As an uber eats driver, I will never accept a job from this store again. EVERY single time I come in for a pick up, staff are rude and dismissive. After standing right at the counter tonight for 8 minutes, not a single team member acknowledged me, yes it was busy. I finally got the shift manager Olivia's attention and she just dismissed what I had to say. Would you have people sitting in the drive through for 8 minutes. Absolutely NOT. Just because we are delivery drivers, doesn't mean we should be treated like we're nothing. Yes another driver will come and life goes on. But is that really how you want your store to be known and the way you want your staff treating people?
