DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO SIMON'S DOWN THE ROAD, IT IS WAYY BETTER AND A LOT FRESHER. If you enjoy KFC you will love Coolum seafoods snapper!! The crumb snapper we got for our order was disgusting, and the replacement meal was absolutely disgusting aswell. It seriously looked like KFC chicken. Worst fish we have had from the east coast of QLD. It was chewy, brown meat, not bled properly, frozen crap, fatty and drenched in oil. Which the lady that works there informs us that all snapper is like that. (YEAH RIGHT) We have had plenty of snapper. Everyone in the family felt really off after eating it and this has put us off fish n chips for a while, thats for sure. We did not finish the meal, and we also took it back into the shop to show them and give it back and they were not willing to do anything. They said that is what snapper looks like. Also $8 for a bottle of 1.25l coke/tartare sauce, what a joke.

We have just spent 4 days on the sunshine coast and these guys offered best value for money and fast service, fish, chips and salad was fresh and enjoyable, thank you

A delightful experience! Good value & servings, good selection of fish, good & fast service, and most importantly great batter to fish ratio! Most impressed.

Paid for Fisherman's basket for one, and when I arrived to the hotel noticed they did NOT pack the calamari. They only accept cash, but conveniently there is an ATM on site charging $2.50 per transaction. Would not recommend.

The chips are atrocious! No flavour at all and you get about 20 or so in a medium box. The fish was a disappointment and the potato cakes/scollops were just awful, too much batter and obviously using old oil for their cooking. I'd rather swallow the tomato sauce whole than eat those again! This is coming from an avid potato cake lover by the way. #notimpressed. Do not go there. I repeat, DO NOT GO THERE! It's not like it cheap either... -1/5 if that's possible. You need to re-think this business Mr owner.
