Extremely rude customer service. VERY VERY VERY RUDE. it started off with me calling asking if my passport renewal was done, I was only informed by the dude on the office that I could come in on the 27th. Today is the 30th and I decided to make sure first if I could come in to take it, or even ask if I’m going to get a confirmation email or something, and the lady just said well if you know the date you made the passport just take it 10 days after. Just count it yourself. I don’t know she said, I don’t know your name etc. I was so shocked at how she talked to me, I don’t even know her nor did she greet me properly and directed me for help. I asked her why is she so rude, and not helping me out or asking me my details, she said how am i rude?? I don’t know your name, detail and everything and you said I’m rude. Eventually I realized it was not worth arguing with her so I hung up and even said thank you. WHAT THE HELL????? she sounded like she owned the place and did not have time for inquiries or what? so entitled
Extremely rude customer service. They acted like they’re the superior and did not have respect to the Indonesian as well. The girl at the front counter that wears hijab talked to me rudely if I had friends in Australia. I did not speak rudely but she rolled her eyes to me and raised her voice when servicing me. Such a terrible experience to go through!! It’s stressful enough to collect all documents for the consulate, why don’t they make it easy! Be friendly at least. nShe asked me to sit down and said that she’ll ask someone I her office but didn’t tell me how long, who will I see, and she never called me back and I had no clue what’s coming. I then came to a gentleman next to her counter, and he welcomed me very friendly and calm. I managed to submit all the documents with this gentleman’s assistance. He’s very accommodating!nnI came at 10am on 4th November 2024. You’ll know the girl if you are here as well
RUDE customer service - would rate 0/5 if I could. I called to certify a document and prior to the appointment I called to see if this could be done. The customer service person on the phone said it could be done. When I went to the counter on the day of the appointment, I was blamed for NOT reading their website because it couldn’t be done. The lady wears a hijab and was extremely rude blaming me and saying it was my fault when I called to make sure if it can be done. Waste of my time. This happens every time I go to the Indonesian consulate. Poor service, 0/10.
All the staff is really helpful, I'm really grateful and appreciate everyone who help me for the service
