Extremely rude customer service. VERY VERY VERY RUDE. it started off with me calling asking if my passport renewal was done, I was only informed by the dude on the office that I could come in on the 27th. Today is the 30th and I decided to make sure first if I could come in to take it, or even ask if I’m going to get a confirmation email or something, and the lady just said well if you know the date you made the passport just take it 10 days after. Just count it yourself. I don’t know she said, I don’t know your name etc. I was so shocked at how she talked to me, I don’t even know her nor did she greet me properly and directed me for help. I asked her why is she so rude, and not helping me out or asking me my details, she said how am i rude?? I don’t know your name, detail and everything and you said I’m rude. Eventually I realized it was not worth arguing with her so I hung up and even said thank you. WHAT THE HELL????? she sounded like she owned the place and did not have time for inquiries or what? so entitled
Looking at the reviews here.. We agree with the same problem with rude customer service, especially from that rude lady. A few weeks ago, I arrived in the morning and she had been rude even since morning time speaking with a degrading tone and speaking as if I was stupid while I was already the first one waiting since no staff had arrived at 9.00nnDo better KJRI. And your lunch break/closing time that shows in Google Maps is ridiculous, TWO HOURS from 12.30 to 14.30? Fr? I have work and life and need to pick up my passport during my lunch break. Your receipt said I can only pick up my passport between 2.00-and 4.00 pm. Meanwhile, this place closes at 16:00. And most people wrap up their work around 4.30 or 5.00 pm.nnSeriously, bad vibes. Maybe you need to install more windows in the staff room so more natural light can come in and make you happier.
RUDE customer service - would rate 0/5 if I could. I called to certify a document and prior to the appointment I called to see if this could be done. The customer service person on the phone said it could be done. When I went to the counter on the day of the appointment, I was blamed for NOT reading their website because it couldn’t be done. The lady wears a hijab and was extremely rude blaming me and saying it was my fault when I called to make sure if it can be done. Waste of my time. This happens every time I go to the Indonesian consulate. Poor service, 0/10.
Doing anything with the Indonesian embassy is like diving into a dark lake where information is very hard to find, no one answers the phone or emails. It is a shame they treat their fellow citizens with such a poor service.
