Extremely rude operator. The staff there needs to be educated. Different people are providing different information and when asked to clarify, she hanged up the call. I cannot believe this is the service the Indonesia Consulate Office provides.

Impressive service, came here for passport renewal today and amazed with super helpful staffs from front end up to front desk. I came almost late due to tram issue and thank God still made it..I do really appreciate great help from Mr. Ben at the front desk who kind heartedly still accept my application despite I arrived just 1min away from their closing time. And helped & guided me all the way through the application process. It was very quick and easy!nnSuper grateful for his amazing help & great hospitality...God bless you indeed Mas Ben nTruly had different experience to what people wrote on FB group complaining about KJRI Melbourne. I cant agree more with the bad review. Imposible to speak to anyone on the phone. After going through some options on the automated messages the line just gets disconnected. And this is during working hours!
