Went to pay my army fees and to my surprise, everything was smooth and efficient. no hiccups. only surprise was they dont have EFTPOS and you need to pay cash for your Turkish ID (Kimlik kart). But if you don't have the exact money, they keep the change (only $3 so no stress:)

Very poor customer service , I have called many times mornings & afternoons and no one has answered my calls !

My parents had went for their paperwork for turkey. They had waited for longer than 3 hours. My dad had to take time from work and so did my mum. Person who in the Name of Ismail had taken in clients he knew before people who had been waiting for their time. Its unfair, and very poor service. People should not be waiting for so long to get there paper work done.

To be honest , I was surprised with the service , especially from my last experience over 4 years ago . I wasn't expecting excellent service and very helpful with a smile
