One of the worst consulate office in Melbourne. No customer service at all. There is a lady that doesn't know anything. Once you call and ask abt the visa status she said come to the office and check abt it. But I felt later that its a normal and typical Egyptian behaviour once I visited Egypt.

الاهمال وقيلت الأئمة يلى موجودة عنداكم دية اذا الواحد عوز استشارة سريعة 
اصمالة امتى راح ترودو على التليفون أنتم وصالتو لاغايت هنا وباردو فى منتها الباردة 
والاهمال وعدام الخدمة للشعب 
دا الواحد لما بيتصل با اى قنصلية ثانية ماغيش دقايق وتلاقى رادو على التليفون
