Richard is great. He's sorted out 2 problems for me now, he's very efficient and knows his stuff. I've been looking for a good technician for some time now and I'll be using his services from now on. I highly recommend Computer Origins.
Highly recommended and must say great service by Richard. He offered to repair my faulty PC late in the afternoon and handing me back in afew hours. Will definately use your service again....
I cannot praise Richard enough for his excellent advice, repair.and service. He has shown considerable patience with a not very competent customer with follow up questions, for which I thank him. He gets the full five stars!!!
Great service. Richard provided me with everything that I needed from my computer. I am computer illiterate, and he patiently listened and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Computer Origins to anyone looking for a computer and/or service.
very rude and arrogant, tried charging another $150 for another diagnosis even though first diagnosis was not fixed, then because we offered to pay the $85 for a follow up personally don't think you should pay again if not fixed the first time but still offered $100, was told another $150 or can't help you, he then proceeded to walk away into another room, why do you advertise friendly service on your window, anything but friendly! so we are left with a computer that is still not fixed. Not happy, not that you care
Impeccable service, staff was knowledgeable and very approachable. Well priced and worth it to fix your computer needs. Will be going back for any future computer issues for sure.
Great service, great advice. My laptop had a dodgy display and was barely useable. I now have a faster, better unit. I would use this service provider again. Highly recommended.
The power supply on the PC I depend on for work failed late on Friday night on a long weekend. I was thinking of all the chasing around I'd have to do on Saturday to NetPlus, PLE, Austin etc. all fine places, but no way were they going to install on a Saturday morning to get it sorted out. Then I remembered Computer Origins. I phoned Richard and after asking a few questions he told me to bring it up. He had it fixed by noon and I'm back up and running. Couldn't ask for more and I'll think of them sooner next time.
Good customer service is rare these days. Richard was helpful, investigated my issue and kept me in the loop all the way. Nothing wrong with that!
