Bought reels, rods and plenty of tackle from them but the service from one particular tall staff member is why I rate this store.  His service is first class and the reason i return time after time. Their prices on lures are not always the cheapest but the big ticket items are very competitive.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. I threw out a couple of really tough questions, and they knew more than I had expected them to, and were prepared to tell me what they didn't know instead of just making stuff up. Good prices, and they are prepared to order in specialist products that aren't in stock. This is definitely my go-to store.

Great little shop and staff for a range of things. Unfortunately must share, as the sign on the front door says, "closed forever". Sad to see you go guys.

Yeah, "Not Happy Jan"...Tried returninig a jumper with two zips sown on back to front - was told it was for water proofing, never heard of it, must think I'm an idiot...The old guy with glasses was rude about it and un - Australian...Would not refund me the money I paid for the item...Instead was carrying on about his policy...So the name I called him still stands, I tried to be nice about it...Off to Consumer Affairs now...Should'nt have too...!!!
