Not a good store for warranty service. My $120 shimano rod is broken when I cast but they kept saying it was crushed. Putting me in a position as if i cannot be trusted. very sad.. I am moving away from them..

Unfortunately bcf Tuggeranong is my local store but the customer isn’t right there. Have had to shop bcf online and other stores now because the customer service is just not good enough.
