I like that you can easily deposit money without having to go up to the counter. the atm counts the money out for you and is pretty straightforward.

minutes to cash a cheque because, even though they have five employees, there is only one cash dispenser machine between them. Back in the days of manual tellers and passbooks it would have be 3 times faster.   Disappointing that in a CBD branch during the busiest period of the day they can't serve customers.  Quite a poor use of their mega--profits.

Any time I've been in this branch, the staff have been UBER friendly & helpful. I really can't fault them

Worst customer service!! they don't get back to you, they don't attach documents, they keep you waiting not helpful at all I will never go back there.
