Having one person manning the service desk and the twelve item or less register is stupid. I felt sorry for the staff member. Very poor from the management team and very poor customer service. Waited 5mins to be served. Then left and took my patronage elsewhere.
Large Coles store - great range, plenty of stock, fresh vegetables and onsite bakery. Staff are always happy, helpful and polite. Undercover parking and easy access. The better of the supermarket options in the Glenorchy area.
Often not enough staff are available to enable you to get a quick purchase. Distribution trolleys left all over the place can be a hazard particularly for the disabled. A good range of products are available at competitive prices. No still not enough staff in the deli section. Distribution trolleys left unattended. Very disappointed. When someone uses their PA very difficult to understand. Nothing has changed.
Plenty of free parking so that's very convenient. Otherwise, almost the same as any Woolies outlet.
Coles has a wider range of vegan options, and they have beef dripping and unsweetened cranberry juice which the competition does not.
