Went in to grab a Hawaiian pizza roll for breakfast and noticed they hadn’t been put out yet as it was still early in the morning. Luke from the bakery noticed I was looking for something and came over to ask if he could help. When I mentioned the pizza roll, he kindly offered to grab one for me and let me know that if they’re ever not on display, I can always ask and they’ll get one for me. Stop doing your Click and collect even I have to wait for 45 minutes to collect my order which I have already placed one day in advance. In that time I could have bought the stuff from the store, absolutely rubbish you should stop doing this, where the store is on ground level and the waiting area at underground floor. It's a horrible management who came up with this ideas specially if you don't have direct access of the store, would give -5 start review if possible, staffs are doing their job it's not their fault but it's a poor management, making burden on the staff as well. thank to the management of this store who thought this is great idea to waste customer time in different way.
ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES was the waiting time for an order with only 12 items on a random Friday.nnI tried to cancel the order on the app, I called Coles Cleveland asking if I could grab the items myself, I spoke with 3 staff members that came to the car park with other people’s order and nothing was done.nnPlease don’t bother using CLICK AND COLLECT here, because they will make you wait almost 2 hours in a hot and smelly car park like you have nothing better to do.nnThe ONLY helpful staff in the whole supermarket was Josh, who was polite and focused on our order and brought it down in a few minutes.
A busy and good sized branch and anchor tenant to Cleveland Central. Well stocked and nicely laid out. A motivated staff to do the repetitive task of continually refilling the shelves. It's clean with plenty of stock on hand. I like the underground parking in particular when it rains. The self checkout system works for me as I prefer to pack my own bags. The service desk does however stand unmanned for long periods with the staff playing dual roles.
