When I visited this Cole's in early 2010 it was fairly decent. Unfortunately, from more recent reviews, it appears atmosphere and merchandise quality may have dwindled. Where's the Cole's love?! I believe maybe the rare one or two Cole's locations might be a tad shabby, but Cole's is superb grocery store - uniquely providing a robust and accessible selection of your grocery store needs.
Best Coles ever. Get there before everyone uses it as their local! Great parking and big store with everything you want.
Coles in cleveland is an awful store for the area. Also some of the staff there should definitely not be working in retail, appalling attitudes. Alina grocery manager if still there is shocking. I avoid it at all costs.
I am a dedicated Coles shopper and found Coles Cleveland to be of usual Coles high standard Plenty of stock, prices well displayed and good fresh fruit and vegetables I only went in to get a few things but was quickly in and out.
You only have a couple of items and you’re in a hurry so you go to the express checkout only to find that the staff member is alternating between the service desk and checkout resulting in long delays. Supervisor type person was standing around ‘ supervising’ and when I asked if someone could operate the checkout she just said the girl was doing both would be there shortly. Not good enough. The service desk is busy - should have it’s own staff like most others do.
