Stop doing your Click and collect even I have to wait for 45 minutes to collect my order which I have already placed one day in advance. In that time I could have bought the stuff from the store, absolutely rubbish you should stop doing this, where the store is on ground level and the waiting area at underground floor. It's a horrible management who came up with this ideas specially if you don't have direct access of the store, would give -5 start review if possible, staffs are doing their job it's not their fault but it's a poor management, making burden on the staff as well. thank to the management of this store who thought this is great idea to waste customer time in different way.
Staff are fine, but the common sense from management is lacking. If you want fresh fruit and veg, don't go in the first or last hours of operating times. If you want fresh seafood, same. If you want freshly sliced goods from the deli, don't go within 2.5 hours of closing. The deli staff will tell you that they have cleaned up the slicer already and that there are pre-cut, packed goods available in the fridges. They don't mention that the price of pre-cut is significantly more. This shop used to be so much better. If you are open for business, then offer all services. Clean up afterwards. Service is key to why we shop there.
The idea of Click and collect is supposed to be quick. Waited 15 minutes for my order after I had notified them of my arrival. Male staff member was blocking the other areas to park for collection with the trolley & boxes over the parking spaces while he gave a lady an order. He could have politely asked her to move forward so that she was in the one park, rather than taking up two pick up space. Woolworths is definitely more on the ball with this. Time for Coles to go and learn some key lessons.
Shops doing their best were fine during power outage. However, Centre Management need to improve by leaps and bounds. No, as in nil, emergency lighting on lower carpark. Lady tripped over concrete wheel stop in the dark. Ambulance called and she was taken to hospital. Workers, who had main entrance to lower carpark blocked off for work, moved a huge generator so ambulance could access carpark, top marks to them.
