Great place with good food, i feel they are alot like wollies, same discounts and same food really. Very common place I go and never had a bad experience.

CLICK AND COLLECT IN ALBANY PLAZA COLES! Terrible experience! Waited for one hour to get my groceries, unbelievable. Went to the service desk a few times, other customers arrived - nobody gives a crap - customer service is rude, no apologies, no decent communication. Blamed me for pressing ‘i’ve arrived’ button too early but I did it once I arrived to the parking bay. Lying and not accepting their fault. Worst experience in Albany so far.

A massive thank you to Narelle B. Your kind words and helpful advice while we were shopping tonight. At CS Oranna. And to Coles for employing fantastic staff. We definitely need more people like Narelle in the workplace.  Your staff are amazing.

Good specials, plenty of variety, but worst self check outs. Machines always glitch out and you have to call for assistance.

Great shop, clean and tidy, well stocked, staff helpful
