Coles is a very Good Place to get groceries etc. great place. You may not necessarily find everything there, but majority of the stuff will be found there! The customer service is amazing! Bit pricey but Everythings great in coles. In every aspect things are done professionally
No cash at self serve checkouts for quite a while which was quite inconvenient. An express checkout or 2 at that time may be helpful. Also long wait for any price checks on anything.
Just wanted to get five bucks out as a few gold coins to do my washing with, was told they don't do that anymore. I was also buying $150 dollars worth of groceries at the same time so it's not like I was asking for this service without buying anything. It's their choice but by limiting their service I'll be going to Aldi next door from now on. It's simple that when you don't provide services that others do, there's no reason to go to Coles. It's not like it's cheap or they have a good range compared to the Aldi next door quite the opposite.nSo give it a miss go to Aldi instead.
Its OK sometimes the food items you need .they don't have but your offered a similar item in replace
