We enjoy a good wander around coles. It's cool temperature after all, is inviting, considering. Self serve is usually the go to for people checking out but occasionally a cashier will be free. Gets a little busy. Doesn't complain if you bring a speaker and play it on low to medium volume in store. Happy with Coles.
Went into Cole’s at the Mandurah forum yesterday just to browse in the ladies hair and makeup section with a friend. A lady working at the shop approached us accusing us of shop lifting. She was very rude and not understanding us at all when we were telling her we did nothing wrong. She then said our bags will have to be checked at checkout before leaving the store which is okay but the way she handled it was horrible making us feel very uncomfortable. So we went to checkout BUYING the stuff we found and the lady waiting their was eyeing us down and when we went to leave she was very very rude accusing us of stealing, we were trying to be nice even though we were extremely mad and anxious and once she realised we were completely innocent all of a sudden she became nice? This was a horrible experience, the fact they were so rude and straight up mean when they didn’t even know if we were shoplifting someone just told them that we were was horrible. The situation could’ve been handled a lot better. I’m not impressed with Cole’s staff and will not be supporting their stores/company from now.
Why do the staff at this store more than other Coles stores, constantly pace back and forth right behind your back like sheep dogs in the self serve sections.There is enough germs spreading around without this unnecessary behaviour.Woolworths don't do it, they stay mainly in one spot keeping watch on shoppers . I find it annoying especially that I am asthmatic with a lower immunity. Stop with the muppet behaviour
I used to shop here all the time, but although the store is located in the biggest shopping centre in Mandurah, it always has a large number of missing items and I tend to find better stocked aisles in Halls Head. Also since the veggie store just outside has left, it's not worth anymore going there. A bit disappointing.
Not happy,, I went in to get some pads for my light bladder leakage,, none on the shelf so I asked a young man who LAUGHED at me,, old age gets everyone deary !!!
