I needed to contact the service desk, while I understand they were probably busy when I rang it was unacceptable for someone to pick up the phone only to hang up immediately. They could of taken my details and rang me back at a more convenient time for them. A display of very poor customer service

Terrible service staff on the self check outs. Nice clean store however will not be returning. Armadale still seems to provide a better experience overall.

It's not my favourite Coles, you don't need a wheelchair lift as it is a single storey SC. But if you are coming from nearby some residents park their cars in a way that a wheelchair cannot access the shopping centre. Sometimes they smoke in the car park right near where you're walking. It's a very big store, but not for me, too big! I like little Coles up the road

We shop here often. Parking is easy store lay out is like most Coles, fruit and veg section great.
