I used to rely on Coles Byford for freshly baked wholemeal bread, as it was one of the few stores still making it. Unfortunately, on my last two visits, I found that wholemeal bread was no longer available. It's disappointing, especially after traveling 15 km just to get it. It seems Coles is phasing out its freshly baked wholemeal bread in favor of white bread
Terrible customer service. At closing time, I was placing my last item into my basket and heading to checkout when a staff member rudely told me to go to the front of the store. I explained I was on my way but was met with a harsh, repeated demand to go immediately. So, I left my basket with 30 items in the middle of the store and walked out. Hopefully, it didn’t take too long for the loser to put everything back. Hahahah
Plenty of parking, lots of xtra shops. Good butcher next door. Priceline chemist as well. Quick walk to Woolworths if you need that. Avoid the area when school finishes. Can take ages to get out of there.
The WORST service I have had at any Coles around the country. We are travelling through WA and at 5:02, with a full basket were cattle herded out by a rude, officious woman while other staff members stood around telling my 12 year old niece to “rack off” and laughing about it. Glad to say I left my grocery cart at the check out and will now happily give my business to Woolies and IGA. Utterly disgraceful behaviour. Get your staff under control. You should all be ashamed.
I like the store layout. Easy to locate items.nMore manned check outs would be nice though
