Click and collect only packaged half the items ordered. All fresh produce was left off the order. I know we're dealing with human beings and mistakes are going to happen, but if a service is offered for convenience then the relevant checks and balances to prevent human error need to be in place. I have lived in the area for over 10 years and twice in that time I have dropped my wallet. The second being today. Both times my wallet has been returned to the desk at Coles with all items accounted for. Never pick up uber orders from Coles south Bunbury. Simply they will keep waiting us ages. Delivery people at the front are most useless.

New management have decided to shut down 12 items or less lane. So inconvenient now only had 2 items and wanted tobacco bit had to make 2 seperate transactions. Why is new management making things harder for customers?
