The 4 stars are for the front end staff they are always good but sick of the staff doing online shopping orders or stacking shelves yes I know you are busy but the amount of times they shove in front of you and almost hit my trolley is a joke you are representing a store have some respect for customers .
Very piss poor service 12.25am Saturday 15/2/25 Customers come first not staffnI'm waiting at the Deli , one person before me, I'm next to be served - instead the fellow behind serves a worker 1st I've been standing there 10mins.

This is my local but I had to do my weekend shop in town today. This Coles remains out of stock for weeks at a time Take a look at their uht milks lol.
Often has a lot of the self service machines closed adding to wait time to pay. Not manned with enough staff. Overall it's Coles so not an exciting shopping experience and is very expensive but on par with other supermarkets
