Probably the laziest store in Australia. It’s literally the last day of the promotion, but the sale tags are already gone. It should be common sense to keep the promotional tags on display until the very last day.

I understand chemists get busy, but standing at the counter for 15 minutes while unwell without even being acknowledged was disappointing. A young female staff member walked past multiple times without saying a word, and when she finally served me, the greeting was simply “Yes?” with no apology, smile, or basic courtesy.nnA simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have made all the difference. Poor customer service experience.

I asked a question to an Asian male staff member and he just said What? with an extremely rude attitude and laughing at me with his colleague. After the conversation I went back to him to ask why he was laughing at me. He said he wasn't.nAfter this conversation, he went back to his colleague and they were laughing together and he was looking at me. This is extremely rude and disgusting customer service.

Popped in to grab vitamins and ask about a persistent cough. The pharmacist gave some practical advice and suggested what might be worth trying first instead of pushing the most expensive option. The aisles were a bit crowded, but I still got in and out without too much hassle.

Visited recently and unfortunately left feeling pretty frustrated. There was only one checkout open despite a long queue building up, and plenty of staff on the floor who didn't seem to be directed toward helping out. The checkout operator was miserable and was tapping that desk as if i was taking up her time. Hopefully things improve, but to be honest. I wont be back.
