If you don’t have buzzer, forget about it. I order a script in every month and each time I go to pick it up I can wait easily up to 10 minutes each time. The staff don’t seem to care unless you have a horrendously obnoxious noise going off in your hand. 

They messed up my script and said that it was out of date when I wasn’t even on the medication at the time that they accused that the script was written. They scribbled on my script and told me to go away. I questioned this as I have picked up the 5 other previous scripts (In total 6 authorised by my doctor) from this chemist although no one cared.

I also feel like a criminal everytime that I leave.

Happy to pay a higher price at other chemists to be treated like a human!

They have advertised Ferrari Purfume with free pouch, picked two, waited in the line, then team member who said we have the stock but not the pouches. Drove all the way to get this but disappointing to find them, either they lazy or not doing the stock control right. They even advertised this on their shelf still saying buy it to receive the pouch.

Does the job of a local Chemist Warehouse. Staff and range are all that you need. Staff are willing to recommend generic and 'name' brands.

Takes upto half an hour for a single script. Slack service. Lost my buisness. Buzzer goes off and half the time they dont even know what they are doing.
