I understand chemists get busy, but standing at the counter for 15 minutes while unwell without even being acknowledged was disappointing. A young female staff member walked past multiple times without saying a word, and when she finally served me, the greeting was simply “Yes?” with no apology, smile, or basic courtesy.nnA simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have made all the difference. Poor customer service experience.

Visited recently and unfortunately left feeling pretty frustrated. There was only one checkout open despite a long queue building up, and plenty of staff on the floor who didn't seem to be directed toward helping out. The checkout operator was miserable and was tapping that desk as if i was taking up her time. Hopefully things improve, but to be honest. I wont be back.

I agree with all of the reviews here stating dreadful service & ridiculous wait times. Who is running this store because they should be removed from that position immediately and that’s not something I have ever said about pharmacy service in my life. I grew up in a pharmacy. Over two days and three visits didn’t even get my script filled, eventually last night at 7pm drove there again being Easter weekend after no one answered my phone calls ringing out every time I was told they would ring me there was zero health care and told to drive to their Sunnybank store when we have a major fuel crises & told to avoid travel.  I got back my script after waiting again for what seemed like forever.  Staff seem to be purposely slow & have zero customer service skills, not even a glance in your direction to let you know they are working on, just hide behind screens.  I took my script, went to Terry White and filled immediately without fuss & excellent service.  Now after reading reviews it’s definitely not me.  I’ve had enough on my plate the last few weeks and this experience felt like the last straw.

Was struggling to locate some skin care products for my wife whilst waiting for a script to be filled. A few staff walked passed focused on filling shelves but none asking if the could help. However soon after getting the script,  Ryan noticed me searching and offered his services without me prompting him. He quickly guided me to the correct location. Upon noticing they were out of a 2 particular products he went out back and checked for me, returning with one of the items I required and a few more to restock the shelf. He mentioned they were out of stock for the other product however he checked other stores and pointed me to Macgregor for the refill.  Exceptional service.Thankyou Ryan take the rest of the day off…
