Went in looking for some knee braces but there were none on show in the size required. An employee named Lucinda C had previously greeted us when we came into the shop. As we were walking out of the section empty-handed, she checked in on us again. We explained how there were none left in the size we were after and she offered to check for us. We told her not to worry but she said it was no problem at all. Moments later Lucinda, along with another employee, arrived with the braces in my size. Not only did she go above and beyond but she was calm, considerate and professional the entire time. One of those employees who doesn't make you feel pressured when shopping. Thank you for the exceptional customer service Lucinda and thanks Rebel for doing a great job with your staff
Bought something, changed my mind later. Was refunded the money with no questions asked. I find this store has a good variety compared to other Rebel stores. They have a decent show selection and enough staff to take care of you, different to other places
What a dump. Useless teen staff more interested in chatting than working. Always disorganised. Actually once I visited and it was great. But once in 14 years. Saying that, I rarely buy anything here as it's too dear and staff can't help when I ask.
RARE and wonderful customer service experience! My partner and I were purchasing a fitness watch and received first class customer service from a sales associate named Brooklyn. She was knowledgeable about the product but more importantly was so lovely and patient. She happily price matched the item for us and reassured we could bring it back if we changed our minds we won’t. She also left her name with us and said we could call if we have any questions. I rarely experience this level of service in Australia and very much appreciate it.

Super helpful and friendly staff, just wish they had a few more mirrors in the store, especially when trying on caps - you don't want to walk over to the changing rooms. There is a full mirror attached to the right hand side of the changing area. Their "body heat" foot measurement pad is very handy and accurate. It tells you if you have flat feet, normal, low or high arches. Just remember to read the correct gender markings - the women's shoe size measurements are the inner measurements, the men's are the outer. Make sure you join their free Rebel Active membership programme. They have some great rewards, eg: all your receipts will be saved automatically to your digital wallet, and you will never lose a receipt or warranty.
