Love the shoes and shop there all the time but there is one staff member which is the same girl everytime who is constantly rude and throws boxes of shoes on the floor when you ask politely and doesn't speak to you unless you are buying from the store. Super disappointing considering I am a regular customer but I will not be buying from the store again if it continues.
Shoes are great, staff on the other hand are rude and unhelpful. Rang the manager and she didn't seem to worried the behavior of her staff. unprofessional.
Went in the shop tonight and there was only one girl on and I didn’t get her name but wow she was amazing. She was super helpful and polite. She handled the busy store like a pro. Thanks again
