Very fast diagnosis of problem. Had parts on hand, immediately got my machine back. Covered the parts under warranty even though the warranty had ended. Friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about their products and packages. Makes me happy to buy Dyson products in the future.

Walked in with a dead v7 in dire need of cleaning and repair. The lady at front desk instantly replaced the head, battery, charger cord, and main compartment/bucket/filter. It took 10 mins and $179 and I walked out with everything new except the long barrel  quick, efficient, friendly, best service and value for money!!!!!!

I visited this store yesterday hoping they could repair my vacuum heads. One was repaired on the spot, free of charge and I had to replace the other one. I just want to thank Ryan who assisted me. Great customer service from this centre, you should be proud of the team you have. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Keep up the great work guys  We need more people like you

I ordered a new Bin replacement for my Dyson 11 Absolute. I had no other vacuum cleaner so was concerned if delivery was late. Arrived in 3 days. No Charge. My replacement was free. I’m so impressed with Dyson. I have always had fantastic service.

Called yesterday as our 7 year old v7 animal motorised head needed new brushes and was the old 3 prong rotor so unable to get them online. They were great at the service centre and as the part was superseded by the 4 prong rotor, they arranged for a new one to be shipped to our home address from the Sydney warehouse and there was no charge for the part or shipping! How many businesses these days deliver that service on a 7 year old machine. They might be a little more expensive but their after service is awesome. We have to Ragdolls and a Maltese/ shitzu dog and this 7 year old machine still delivers
