I walked in with a broken down v7 Dyson and walked out in a few minutes with a brand new vacuum. They replaced all the parts for me free of charge under my two year warranty even though the only issue with it turned out to be the charger. The contact centre had already sent me a charger just in case then suggested I go in as it was on back order. Despite this I was given a second charger, new filter/trash compartment and a month ago I received a new battery from the contact centre. Unlike other customer service providers where they try their best not to give you anything for free, everything was so easy with Dyson. Definitely worth buying a Dyson and then definitely worth taking it into the service centre if you have any issues ever.

Had an old DC59 that needed the battery replaced. I purchased a new battery but had difficulty getting the screws out. The lady who served me took care of it all, changing the battery over & also gave it a quick service & filter change. Lovely to deal with & very quick!

Was going to call in with our Dyson v11 absolute Vacuum to get it serviced as it was out of the warranty period. The trigger was no longer pressing in and out motor head was no longer rolling, after having cleaned it every fortnight, which is when we vacuum our bedrooms main parts of the house with carpet.  Why it can't be a switch is a bit silly, as of course the spring is going to fail over time as you have to hold it down as you vacuum!  Instead of going to the service centre, we decided to just call in the morning. The lady on the phone was really nice and really helpful and understanding. In the end, as this was the first issue with the vacuum she couriered the parts for us to replace as part of their guarantee, even though we were one year outside it!  She explained that they treat their vacuums like cars now where they will try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and if they can't fix it, they can organise replacement parts to be sent out for a small fee on order to keep your vacuum going. They also offer a service fee every couple of years to go over the vacuum and make sure it works, replace any parts that are faulty and get it working as new as possible.  ATM that's about $250 to get it serviced. Considering that they cost $1000 and up for the new beut ones, this is a pretty damn good deal!  Over all the customer service over the phone was actually surprisingly really, really good! Definitely going to keep going through these guys in the future!
