The store itself, while somewhat shabby, often provides the items I am looking for. However, today’s visit was marred by excessive wait times at checkout. The space available for customers to queue is quite limited, leading to a rather frustrating experience.nnWhat was particularly troubling was how I was treated at the checkout. After spending $200, I felt unjustly scrutinised, as if I were a potential thief rather than a valued customer. I was not allowed to pack my own bag, and my items were checked multiple times. There was even a point when my shopping bag from home was scanned, making the situation all the more uncomfortable. The stringent measures taken felt excessive and left me feeling unwelcome.nnAs a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. The zealous approach taken during this transaction makes me inclined to never return .

Unfortunately very short staffed with staff assisting customers with scripts or items in stock. On my visit there were plenty of staff filling shelves with stock but only one lady helping people with scripts.  There were 11 people in front of me waiting to hand scripts in when I joined the que. 3 pharmacists preparing scriptsnI phoned ahead to order and pay for my script but by the time I got to the counter I was still given a buzzer and told wait would be at least 35 mins.nThe store itself was tidy, well stocked and fast service once at register to pay.

Extremely rude and aggressive security guard accused me of stealing when I just bought my item. He demanded a receipt despite not receiving a receipt at the checkout. I told him I didn’t get a receipt and that I just bought it. He decided to just scream at me and not let me go. I told him go ask the staff member at the register and instead still screamed at me so I just walked off. WHEN HE CALLED ME DISRESPECTFUL! Like seriously!! Security needs to pay more attention to actual theft and real customers. Not the first time I’ve had troubles with this security guard and I doubt it’s the last!

My girlfriend had the same incident as others. The security guard was rude and impolite. As soon as she steps into the shop, the security keeps on checking on her, as if she’s a potential thief. He saw my girlfriend checkout at the counter but still confronted and asked her to open her bag to check if she stole anything yet. After checking, nothing was found, not even a single apology was said.

Had a click and collect to pick up.n3 X items $44 each.nTried to give me 2 not three and forced me to wait 20mins while they sort their internal mess up out. not good enough... You had my money and my items and still wanted to inconvenience me and make me wait until you realised you are incompetent... Shame on you.
