It's not often these days that you receive customer service that actually leaves you feeling like a valued customer, but I can definitely say on my recent trip to Chemist Warehouse Vic Park I did.nWent in to buy a perfume that I had smelt and asked the person wearing it what type it is. They advised it's a Paris Hilton one but they were unsure of the name as they had bought it a while ago and the name had faded on the bottle.nWent to Chemist Warehouse, as you do for reasonably priced perfumes.nIn general I don't like to blind-buy/blind-purchase perfumes, so I wanted to see what the testers smelt like.nAsked a staff member for assistance, just expecting she'd bring out the testers for me and that would be the end of that, but the lady was lovely and went beyond that.nBecause some of the perfumes didn't have testers, she was describing the fragrance notes which was impressive that she knew several off by hand, not even reading or checking it from anything, and her descriptions were on point.nShe even hit the nail on the head with a sweet strawberry smelling one that didn't have a tester but I decided to trust her and just buy it based on her description.nShe also went out of her way to suggest some others with good value for size.nAfter checking out, the receipt showed her name as Emma. So if any management is reading this, you've got such a great staff member in Emma, and if she's not a manager already, definitely consider giving her that opportunity and the pay rise to match, because her customer service left a very good impression.

Unfortunately very short staffed with staff assisting customers with scripts or items in stock. On my visit there were plenty of staff filling shelves with stock but only one lady helping people with scripts.  There were 11 people in front of me waiting to hand scripts in when I joined the que. 3 pharmacists preparing scriptsnI phoned ahead to order and pay for my script but by the time I got to the counter I was still given a buzzer and told wait would be at least 35 mins.nThe store itself was tidy, well stocked and fast service once at register to pay.

What a terrible experience I had at this store today. Would give zero stars if possible.n11 days ago, I purchased three bottles of conditioner a brand I have been using for years. After a couple of uses, I had an allergic reaction. So today I tried to return two of the unopened, unused bottles of conditioner with the receipt. I was told they would not accept the items, as it had been 11 days since the purchase and they have a 7 day return policy. Harsh! This is a really great way to alienate loyal customers.

I requested a prescription and 1 repeat be provided. At collection, I received two containers, but they had simply split 50 tablets into 25 tablet containers and didn't fill the repeat.nNo doubt they make more money this way, and they couldn't give a stuff if it inconveniences people. I find it unethical behaviour.

Pretty congested shop. There is not much room to move around and select things within the shop.nFriendly staff throughout that starts from the security from the door to the staff at the counter.nThere is nearby parking that is free for one hour.
