Very bad experience today.nnI asked an employee for help, and while she was replying, she didn’t even look at me, she just kept moving boxes around. I stopped in front of her, politely asked how she was and if she could help me, but she stayed cold and dismissive, never looking at me once. Such a lack of respect! Her attitude really annoyed me.nnI ended up asking someone else who was absolutely lovely and actually helped me find what I needed.nnI was looking for the caffeine tablets that were clearly marked at 5,99$. I took a box, but when I went to pay, the price was much higher. After checking, they told me that ALL the boxes had been misplaced and that there was no more stock for the $5 ones. I explained that according to their policy, they should have honoured the displayed price, but they refused.nnHonestly, never again. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be going to their competitors next time, where the experience is always much more pleasant.

After a number of less than satisfactory customer service experiences, today’s experience is the absolute last time I will shop at Chemist Warehouse. I approached the prescription lodgement counter with my script. I specifically confirmed the Brand and product, no substitution for Chemist Warehouse “home” Brand. I was served by an obviously incompetent young Chinese male. He confirmed availability of the product, asked if I wanted to wait or come back later. I asked what the wait time was going to be, he advised 15/20 minutes. I advised that I wanted other items and would wait and he handed me the “buzzer”. The “buzzer” went off almost exactly 20 minutes later. I approached the collection counter where the same Chinese male advised that they don’t have it. I said that you advised me that you did when I lodged my script. I said you have just wasted 20 minutes of my life. The Indian/Pakastani looking Pharmacist rushed over to advise they had packs of 30 but not 42. He asked if I needed the script today, I advised that I did. He said he had an open pack and could give me a card from that and I could return tomorrow for the rest when the order arrived. I said give me the box of 30 which he had in his hand with a card of 12 and he can fix it tomorrow when the order arrives. He advised it doesn’t work like that. I confirmed that he understood what I was requesting. He said he did but couldn’t do that. I requested my script back, returned the other $45 of vitamins and filled my $30 script elsewhere. Chemist Warehouse has lost me as a 15yr + customer for life. I am more than happy to pay the extra 70 cents per script for quality customer service and respect anywhere else!!!

I visited the Chemist Warehouse in Victoria Park and had a very frustrating experience. The staff member assisting me had serious difficulty understanding basic English, which made simple communication extremely hard. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and my issue still wasn’t understood. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. In a customer facing role, clear communication is essential. I hope management provides better training for these Asian guys or ensures staff can communicate effectively with customers.

Unfortunately very short staffed with staff assisting customers with scripts or items in stock. On my visit there were plenty of staff filling shelves with stock but only one lady helping people with scripts.  There were 11 people in front of me waiting to hand scripts in when I joined the que. 3 pharmacists preparing scriptsnI phoned ahead to order and pay for my script but by the time I got to the counter I was still given a buzzer and told wait would be at least 35 mins.nThe store itself was tidy, well stocked and fast service once at register to pay.

Today I had very bad experience with this pharmacy. Week before staff memeber give me on the shelf magnisum while I showed the photo of what I a was after and staff told this is same only company is different and they gave me. When I showed to our doctor he said this has different compound and it will not work for cancer patient. When I went to return they simply reject to take back. And pharmacist talk to me very rudely.
