My doctor said I could get some anti nausea/sea sickness medication over the counter which is turns out I couldn't. Instead of being polite the lady at the counter was awful and treated me like I was an idiot. She could have been nice about it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Lady security guard needs to be trained for basic etiquettes before she is put on another shift. Will never visit this place again as she totally humiliated us when we bought products worth more than her salary. We’ve never been treated this badly ever before. I’ll officially report this lady to the officials before she offends more of their loyal and regular customers just cos she wasn’t trained before giving a shift! manners and professionalism totally non existent. She treated me and my friends like we were stealing whereas I’m a pharmacist myself. She humiliated us infront of the whole store by saying I was rude whereas she made some exceptional comments about us and I was not going to stand that. For a security she did not know how to treat the customers, or greet them. She even thought it was okay to talk back and make a whole scene out of it. Absolute shocker! Disgusting!!!

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.nI wish I could give zero stars. Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stood for 20 minutes waiting for an over the counter medication, being completely ignored by the multiple staff that walked back and forth. Asked one staff member for what I needed, and she refused to serve me and told me to look in the aisles - despite me telling her it was not there. Then came back and waited for another 20 minutes in which time I managed to flag down 2 other staff members to ask for what I wanted, only for them to walk away and never come back. Finally got what I needed, but in total spent about 50 minutes or more waiting for a simple over the counter medication. Fuming.

Categorically, the worst run store of any type... on the planet. Ill trained staff, signs everywhere stating you can save on prescriptions ....however in order to get a discount you need to wait, a long....long time to hand in your script. So long they may have to pry it from your cold lifeless hands because you may have expired before they serve you. An embarrassment. It was my first, partial visit....I just walked out after being the first in the que and couldnt get served and give them my money. I will never return to any of their stores EVER again. Well worth the visit -so I never make the same mistake again. Appalling. Couldn't get served. Couldn't hand a script in. Couldn't give them money. Couldn't get acknowledged, 10 pairs of staff eyes seeing me and then avoiding doing anything.....i was the only person in the queue but by the time I walked out there was a rumba line snaking around the corridor down toward the front door. I thought Ricky Martin was about to walk through the door. The paradox being, as i walked out there was a security guard making sure you haven't stolen anything when they blatantly steal every customers time relentlessly all day, everyday.

Waiting is ridiculous. Myself and the customer next to me both had e-scripts, both received the repeat SMS script filled still had to wait 15 mins  after getting our updated SMS and only after prompting a staff member did she look around and find about 5 baskets with customer orders. Great prices but jeez, the service. Won't be coming back to this store in a hurry.
