DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.nI wish I could give zero stars. Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stood for 20 minutes waiting for an over the counter medication, being completely ignored by the multiple staff that walked back and forth. Asked one staff member for what I needed, and she refused to serve me and told me to look in the aisles - despite me telling her it was not there. Then came back and waited for another 20 minutes in which time I managed to flag down 2 other staff members to ask for what I wanted, only for them to walk away and never come back. Finally got what I needed, but in total spent about 50 minutes or more waiting for a simple over the counter medication. Fuming.

Waiting is ridiculous. Myself and the customer next to me both had e-scripts, both received the repeat SMS script filled still had to wait 15 mins  after getting our updated SMS and only after prompting a staff member did she look around and find about 5 baskets with customer orders. Great prices but jeez, the service. Won't be coming back to this store in a hurry.

Called to ask if a medication was in stock, on hold for 10 mins and phone answered to be hung up on twice. Went in store, was told to come back tomorrow or call another store - but same problem with not answering the phone! Apparently only 1 pharmacist present at busiest time 5.30pm and a 50 minute wait for scripts 45 mins before closing time. Yet multiple people wearing white dispensing coats behind the script counter which is misleading. Perhaps need to look at customer presentation volume by time and staff more appropriately…

The standout mention here is the staff - every single visit I have found them friendly,  helpful,  and they will go out of their way to find an item for you.  One time I was after a product which some chemists had said was no longer being produced.  The staff searched online,  even though they were busy,  trying to find out what was happening with the product.  The prices are great and the store is quite large.  They even sell dog vitamins!  The only downside is the parking - there is plenty of car spaces however with so many stores in this precinct, it can be difficult to find a parking spot.  I would recommend this store.

The security was so kind and smile all the time. The cashier was so friendly too. The staffs were amazing.
