Service is painfully slow and many of the staff seem apathetic - can't blame them in a way, it comes across as a soul-crushing place to work. That being said, product range is good and pricing on commodity items is competitive.

Don't drop in hoping to get a script filled quickly. As dodgy as the Chemist Warehouse app is, it's the fastest way to get your prescriptions ready ahead of time so you can just collect & go.

Would be helpful if they opened a little earlier or had a drop box for scripts.

only giving one star because no stars isnt an option. 0 customer service at this store. I will never be back. I was served by a very rude lady, that did not explain to me that they didn't have my prescriptions in stock that i was waiting for, when i pointed this out to her she raised her voice, telling me they have ran out. I seriously believe this woman and many others working at this chemist need to rethink their career path and get a new job not involving customer communication. God help anyone who is served by this woman, as no one should be spoken to in that way. Her attitude and manor were a disgrace.

Absolutely pathetic experience at this chemist, nothing but rude disgruntled staff with no real knowledge of any products i asked about. Have been to many discount chemist warehouses before (nth Perth, canning vale, joondalup) and got nothing short of outstanding service and knowledge. This chemist should be one that is shut down, it gives a vile reputation to the discount chemists chain in the Perth region that are outstanding. BELMONT CHEMIST WAREHOUSE you should hang your head in shame as you are nothing short of useless and pathetic. Highly advise to any customer to make the trip to Nth Perth or Victoria Park warehouses as your experience will be much more educational and for filling, they bring such a bad name for the Belmont area. Absolutely useless🖕

Slow as. ..over an hour wait for prescription is unacceptable and a joke.  If you visit make sure you allocate enough time. ...like a year.

Staff scolded me whilst trying to take a photo of a product in this store. I just wanted to send a photo of a toddlers drink bottle to my partner because I was unsure if it was the correct one she wanted me to purchase. What are they hiding? Is this Chemist Warehouse a secret front for the CIA?
