I had such a great customer experience today. I rang and spoke to a really friendly gentleman, I think his name was Matthew. He was ultra helpful and pleasant to speak too. I came into the store later that day and was greeted by a really lovely lady who I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was working in the front dispensary area on 8/03 at 6pm. She was very warm and welcoming and offered to print out additional information in regards to new scripts I had. The pharmacist on that day was also very lovely and accommodating with any inquiries I had. I felt the need to leave a review as great service like this isn't recognised enough and wanted to share my appreciation. :

I went in this evening Wednesday around 430pm and was taken care of by two lovely staff. One man from up the back at the prescriptions in and also a lady at the front picking up my click and collect. Sorry I didn’t get names, but thanks so much to the both of you!

I am so disgusted with the unprofessional prescription services. Twice when my meds were ready, they given to another person! Twice the pharmacist made up the wrong script even though I stressed which one I wanted made up. I now go to my local chemist in Buderim and get great personal and very professional service every time.

Phoned in order and all very efficient and ready to collect.  Good parking and helpful staff.

Worst location ever. No parking. Circled the carpark for 10 minutes, went to leave but got a spot across the street on the busy four lane main road.  Well done for planning  Don’t come here, ever
