Staff problems with this store. Couple times did click and collect and waited nearly all day for confirmation. Staff generally unhelpful when you ask for help.nSerious issue today - went to fill 7 scripts - first in line - waited 30 mins and had to ask where my order was as others after me getting scripts filled. When I got order only got  3& 1/2 of scripts - no apologies- asked for explanation from pharmacist who said nothing! Another older pharmacist came out aggressively and told me they were short staffed and I should be more patient and understanding- trying to make me feel I was being unreasonable. I was then made to wait another 20 minutes for correct order guess they thought I should go to back of queue. - disgraceful. Asked to speak to store manager but told it was a pharmacy issue and head pharmacist not available. At home rang head office for contact of actual store owner but told they do not have those details. Tried to explain that I was actually concerned about that serious dispensing errors may occur because of incompetencey shown. Lots of other Chemists I can go to and won’t go back here!

Kaylene R went out of her way to be as unhelpful as she could. I returned 7 items, she claimed there was only 5nthen she goes oh six but you only gave me sixnnthreatens me that she is going to look at the cameras, to which I replied go onnthen she said she is going to give me a refund out of her good heartnnlmao woman thinks the refund comes out of her own pay checknand please just admit that you can’t count instead of arguing for 10 minutes

What is happening with this store? Customer service from the servers at checkout is terrible. The other week I saw a customer being served at checkout, he came back and asked the server why she was being so rude to him. She told him to get out of the store. Then another customer told the server you were being very unnecessarily rude to him.nYesterday I went in there and at checkout the lady was miserable. She had one of my prescriptions still in the box, she told me the price, I asked her if that included the one in the box, she told me “I only have one hand you know” don’t know why she said this because she had two lol. Just weird and rude behaviour.

Thanks to one of the staff members, a young gentleman, who provided excellent customer service during my checkout.

First time coming here at around 12pm and I was served by a lovely staff at the register who didn't bother to say 'Hi' back and only concerned about telling customer off to put the basket back. Basic customer service not found.
