The last 2 visits i received my medication NOT in a cold pack and with no needles. The lady that served me this last time older lady red hair in the pharmacy down the back was so rude obviously doesn’t like her job and isn’t very customer oriented. I said I would need an item to be added she replied if I can find one I’ll put it in. She was very snappy when obtaining my info not a smile or manner insight. The lady serving at the cashier section remarked that my medication should be in a cold pack I said they didn’t bother last time a month earlier either. If I didn’t have to get this particular medication from there I wouldn’t. They need some happy pills I think or new staff that like helping people.

I had one of the most upsetting experiences I've ever had in a store here. I came in looking for a hair product that wasn’t on the shelves, so I asked two staff members, an older woman named Kerry and a younger team member, if it was in stock or could be delivered to my home even though that specific product was unavailable in closest locations. I explained this multiple times, but Kerry spoke to me with a belittling tone, acted like I was a nuisance, and made me feel completely stupid and embarrassed.nnI walked away to another aisle, only to overhear the two of them making rude, mocking comments about me, clearly thinking I had left. It was humiliating. When I walked back into the aisle, Kerry saw me and rushed away across the store to avoid me. The younger staff member, who seemed to feel bad, tried to help me after that even though I’d asked Kerry the exact same question earlier. At this point I was so upset and anxious I had to leave the store.nnNo one deserves to be spoken about or treated that way, especially not by someone working in customer service. I left the store feeling genuinely hurt and humiliated. I really hope management takes this seriously because this behaviour is completely unacceptable.

Great pharmacy with a wide variety of stock and awesome deals, they had exactly what I needed on my most recent visit, which was super convenient.nHowever, one small issue I encountered was with the ShopBack promotion. According to ShopBack, there should be a QR code available in-store, but when I asked the staff about it, none of them seemed to know anything about it. It was a bit confusing, so I hope they can look into it for future customers.nAside from that, it's still a great place to shop if you’re looking for good value and a decent range of health and wellness products.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I was looking at the fragrances and tried to open the shelf to have a closer look. There was no sign or notice saying staff assistance was required. Suddenly, one of the staff members from the counter shouted at me in a rude and accusatory manner. Even though I immediately apologised several times, she continued to give me unfriendly looks, as if I was trying to steal something.nnThankfully, another staff member approached, was kind and helpful. I appreciate his attitude, but the behaviour of the staff at the counter was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable and judged.

Absolutely hopeless. Waited 45 mins for script. Specifically told them and wrote a note and attached the box of brand I wanted. They called me over and said they didn't have brand I wanted, so I told them I would get it from other chemist. Finally my buzzer goes off and I go to pay and they have given me the brand I told them I couldn't take. I will NEVER go to Chemist warehouse again. I don't care if they are cheaper. It's not worth the hassle. Terry White is a great pharmacy and always get it right.
