Hands down the best Chemist Warehouse just because Sherryl is there hope I didn’t misspell her name. She actually served 4 different people at the perfume section all at once, letting everyone sniff what they want and giving recommendations. Very courteous and very friendly, absolutely amazing! I ended up buying 5 fragrances and now I have to sell one of my kidneys because I’m poor now looool xx

30th September @3.30ish lady at the checkout was very rude, when my mum tried to tap her card the machine didn’t read it at the first attempt. I went to pick up the things off the counter and the lady grabbed the items and pulled them back towards her and said very rudely it hasn’t gone through. She held her hand on top of the items. Mum swiped again and it worked.  How we were spoken to was rude and not friendly at all! We were never going to walk out without paying for the items! disappointed! We will never go back to that chemist warehouse!

I just wish the younger people would be taught customer service skills.  When handing me my goods I have just paid for, PLEASE, say “thank you”.  I don’t want “ave a good one”,  I just want “thank you”.  It’s so sadly lacking these days.

Worst shop on the coast. Pharmacists do nothing but talk to each other. No work just talk.. I was in there for 25 minutes waiting for 3 scripts and was not busy. The girl at the counter was slower then a turtle with no customer service the shop is a mess. I won't return here. Staff are no good and not polite at all even the checkout lady.. no hi or anything just rings up what you buy. Not impressed rubbish on floor isle have trip hazards everywhere with stock on floor from shelves.. unbelievable how people can run a business like this

Best Chemist Warehouse on Coast. Polite, helpful, scripts are fast & can’t say a bad word about them compared to ones like Forest Glen. I will travel 1/2hr to use them over others.
