The staff at Cotton Tree Discount Pharmacy are professional, patient and knowledgeable. Communication is second to none, with follow up calls and advice as needed. The store is well stocked with everything you need from a family pharmacy. I no longer live in the area but travel to this pharmacy knowing my family and I will always received the care and service we need.

Cotton Tree My local pharmacy, I’ve tried all the others but saving a dollar doesn’t always give you value or personal care. I’ve always found the pharmacist and staff to be more than helpful and caring. When  my medication was unavailable or limited as soon as it was available they would contact me, very personnel service. They have a great assortment of gifts and essentials at competitive prices for locals and visitors, the store is always well staffed, clean and stock rotated and replaced as necessary. This is my favourite pharmacy! It’s probably weird to have a favourite pharmacy but here we are. I moved to the area about a year ago and tried a couple of the local pharmacies before I settled on this one. I love this pharmacy for its staff predominantly – they are warm, caring, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. There have been several times the staff have gone above and beyond to arrange products for me and gone out of their way to make sure I got them in time. I also love the products they stock e.g. La Roche-Posay sunscreen, earring studs and sleeper packs for sensitive ears and they have a really good nail polish brand I’m unfamiliar with the brand that’s really easy to apply, has lots of cute colours and they’re cheap! In fact, I find the quality of them to be better than the CND and OPI nail polishes I have. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The staff at Cotton Tree Discount Pharmacy are the most kindest, patient and knowledgeable staff. The chemist is always clean, stocked and tidy and there is always friendly faces ready to be of service. Never have I ever experienced such polite, well mannered caring staff. Thanks so much.

My husband and I went here to get our 5th covid jabs today. Was so easy to book in the store with one of the lovely ladies. Went to a chemist at Sunshine Plaza and they said have to book online. No help as not tech savvy. Couldn't have got better help from here

Nice chemist. Not too big, but it’s good for the location and probably the needs of the tourists.  I’ve always dealt with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were particularly considerate with the needs of my very small children, which was appreciated.
