My friend Yllana and I went here for the first time and the worker Shea was the most accomodating, informative, professional and kind help we have received at a store. She answered all our questions in a both interesting and informative manner and was incredibly personable throughout the process. She made our time their very comfortable and engaging. We learnt a lot : will be coming back.
Shay was amazing! We rocked up as she was closing but she still let us in and even had time to help myself and a friend find what we were looking for! Amazing tho! I hope she's there every time I go back :

The staff are wonderful, super easy to chat to, and always knowledgeable about the products in store. Biggest adult store in all of Queensland as I found out. They are constantly getting in new stock so it's easy to browse, and if they don't have what you're looking for, I found you can ask for it, and they can TRY to order it in for you specifically. Love their variety in stock, and super helpful when I'm not really sure on which toys or items to pick between
Awesome experience, Shea provided some much needed quality chats, was super funny but down to earth, and had a few suggestions on what to grab hahaha.
Purchased a sample bag for me and my partner for 60.00 and all we got was rope a piece and cardboard and some lube. Can’t use it even if it was our thing because where are at does not have proper doors. Very disappointed and it ruined the mood for the night.
Really surprised at the whingers on these reviews. The staff have always been friendly and supportive with really good advice. Obviously many of these items are available cheaper online if you are willing to wait and hope you get what you thought you ordered, but sometimes it is worth it to pay a little extra and take home the product you handled in the store. Totally Adult has a great range, but mostly friendly staff.
