I bought a Chocolate Mudcake for a birthday online for $49.95 and had no option but to pay by credit card and no option to receive the $5 off the price for my first purchase online. Thus, when I went to pick up the cake and I asked for the $5 gift card I had been offered off my first purchase I was told "use it for the next cake you buy" as "it is too late as you paid by credit card". I explained I was given no other option to pay but credit card when I was buying it and I was given a $5 off my purchase with no option to redeem it online at that time. I even said well just give me a $4.95 cake that was on display instead and was rudely told "when you but your next large cake and it needs to be used before end of April". I said I could not afford to buy another large cake and it was unfair to have the website saying I was to receive a voucher for $5 for "this" first purchase when there is NO way to redeem it! VERY RUDE and UNCARING STAFF - AND I HAVE A $5 VOUCHER THAT IS EFFECTIVELY USELESS!!

I was a bit reluctant to order here based on the previous reviews but thought I'd take the leap having used these guys for my daughters 18th cakes which were beautiful. Ordered a marble cake for 60 for her 21st this time and couldn't have been happier. Service and communication was exceptional. I had a rough idea of what we wanted and they listened and delivered better than we could have expected. The cake was amazing! Looked and tasted fantastic and they decorated it beautifully with consideration to what I tried to explain.

The selection here is great. The bakers clearly know how to whip up deliciousness.

Very very bad customer service. It seemed to be an inconvenience to be served. Very rude attitude while doing so. Never go there again.
