Enjoyed my visit to this Myer. Nice selection of clothing, spacious & modern. A little bit untidy in some areas, but it was a very busy day due to the wet weather. Nice staff & some great designer fashion labels in particular Forever New & Review
Perfect school holiday shopping spree with my daughters. Easy parking plenty of friendly staff in lots of shops especially the Myer kids area. Very nicely renovated change rooms too. Great mid session bargains and I love the new members app for Myer shopping points.
Recently purchased kitchen electrical items and was assisted by Will in this department. He was so helpful and polite and went above and beyond to make sure my money was well spent. I’m so happy with the quality of the items he recommended and the service I received. Will is an asset to the team there at Myer Maroochydore, his customer service skills are exemplary :
On 12/12/22 I purchased 3 pairs of shorts from the menswear department. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the security button was not removed from one pair and I only discovered this when I arrived home. After ringing the store, they said someone would bring a portable tool to my unit in Kings Beach that evening to remove the button. Sure enough this was done by a Myer employee. Yes it was their mistake but what great service to fix it. Well done Myer!
I haven't been to Myers in a long time, but it was so nice to see the quality of their products how good they are, the amazing selection of perfumes and cosmetics. Will definetly be going back. Highly recommend if looking for high quality clothing and products.
Myers has some decent products, but the cafe has some beautiful foods, including Gluten Free. Everyone should try it. Very yummy. Try the Chicken, Spanish, and cheese slice with salad. It's the real deal.
Whenever my wife takes me in here for a quick look round it always costs! However we've bought heaps of stuff for our new apartment and all at sale prices. Join as a member and get updates on special offers and points to boot. All good quality products whether it's clothes or homeward and you get a good coffee in the cafe while your wife spends some more.
Ridiculous system for click and collect. This Myer Hub also functions as a point of sale so even if you are just waiting to collect your order you have to line up and wait in a long line. This is incredibly inefficient considering the minimal time needed to fetch orders already paid for when customers can pay for their items at any other point of sale in the shop. At the very least a dedicated queue for online customers should be provided.
Had such a lovely experience in the womens shoe department with the fantastic Hannah. She was so helpful and friendly - Thank you again! Will be returning!
Didn't appreciate being hurried up by one of the staff members near closing time when I'd already heard the announcement on the P.A. and made my way to the cash register to pay. I had already selected my items and was waiting for my turn and whilst I was waiting I was looking at other things close to the counter and this particular staff member had to remind me again that they were closing soon and to finalise my purchase and quite abruptly as if to say hurry up and leave. I told her I didn't appreciate the way in which she was hurrying me up when I was quite aware it was almost closing time. This is not the 1st time this particular person has hurried me up when I've shopped here previously. I was mearly waiting my turn to pay for my items. It was obvious she wanted to knock off and go home and usher everyone out the door and not be held back, which is understandable, but the manner in which it was done was very unwelcoming.
