Such a positive lovely experience thanks to staff member Kiani at your Sunshine Plaza store! I want to personally thank Kiani for her amazing help yesterday, Saturday 3rd July at around 2pm. I walked in not knowing my size, style, shape, what colours suited me or anything about current trends. I have always been hard to shop for and a little self conscious about my body shape, but Kiani was SO HELPFUL! She could relate to some of my expressed mum-bod concerns, my experience with her felt very authentic. I walked away spending just over $500 happily on staples - jeans, tops, and a feel-good fuzzy warm feeling. I got changed into some of the clothes I purchased straight away and went out that night feeling lovely… today, Sunday, I’m now in the other pair of jeans I purchased and still feeling lovely. Kiani is such an asset to your store and team and ANY customer service role or role in general she works I feel, a truly lovely sales assistant and person, worth her weight in gold! Thankyou Kiani! Definitely 5 stars from me!
Helement and Sophie are absolute legends, gave their honest thoughts on clothes even when they didn’t suit. Helement especially put me onto a pair of pants that I love and gave me the time of day to figure out what I wanted. Definitely buying from general for good.
