I'm surprised to read such negative reviews but I'm guessing there's been a change of staff since many of them because every time I have visited over the last year or two, the girls have all been so lovely and attentive, giving honest and kind advice, and always making sure I'm taken care of. They have sales throughout the year and it's always fun to see what new pieces come in too.
A very big THANK YOU to Chealsea. I went in to purchase a ring for my niece's 21st birthday among other things. I was a nuisance customer lol not knowing what I wanted and wanted to look at every ring and measure it. But Chealsea was so patient with me and she was absolutely brilliant. This was such an important gift for me and I wouldn't have done it and been so happy with my choice if it wasn't for her! Chealsea's knowledge and assistance was incredible. She really is a credit to your team!
Went into this store, and the 3 shop assistants were sitting on the counter and chatting amongst each other. They didn’t acknowledge any of the customers in the store, or ask if anyone needed help. Overall, I was completely put off this store and don’t plan on returning due to the lack of customer service.
Staff always friendly- paid $20 for earrings and 2 wears later, the hook came off. Love the shop, though.
I have never come across a shop that so hard to get along with. This is why I don’t shop at plaza . This is the first time I have been here in 12 years never agin.
Clothing has gone down in quality...I used to find such nice things but not any more.
