Excellent service and caring staff. Both Leigh and Amanda were awesome at finding the right sizing and design for my friend and I. Change rooms can be so disappointing at times but Leigh and Amanda were super welcoming and made the whole experience comfortable and rewarding. We were able to find exactly what we needed and Leigh and Amanda provided both great deals and genuine clothing advice and expertise. Thank you!
Great service. SpendING hours in the Sunshine plaza looking for just a pair of track suit pants to suit an older lady who actually wants to look comfy but also not look like someone who’s gone feral. I went into Rockwear all the shop assistants were so helpful and actually listened to what I was really looking for. Pants for an older woman that looked good for someone who has skinny legs . They went out of their way to assist me and found a great fitting pair . These young girls working in the Plaza were awesome. Thank you.
I would like to start by saying that Rock Wear is AMAZING. I went in this week and had the pleasure of being attended by Danyelle. She made me feel comfortable, had the ability to pick sizes and put together great outfits!! She was a lot of fun, yet very professional. I recommend this store to everyone. I went into Rockwear at sunshine plaza recently for new fitness wear and was so impressed with the service. Staff were kind and genuine. They went above and beyond to pick out outfits for me in my price range and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely shop there again when I'm in the area.
I was served by a very friendly lady toady, made my shopping very easy and offered helpful honest tips.
4 1/2 star service from the lovely young lady Blonde Bob hairstyle at Rockwear. She was wonderful with her recommendations with this plus size shopper.
Was in store at Rockwear for 10-15, wasn’t acknowledged until I put some thing back on the rack to walk out and the lady offered to “take that for you”. Tried looking on the higher racks for my size, no help, tried to get someone’s attention to help with sizing but a few of the girls working there seemed to be helping one lady together.
Visited store Fri 30th Aug 2019 with a friend wanting a couple of items. Was so impressed with the assistant. So helpful, offering ideas and choices and heading to offsite store room to get sizes required. Don't get that kind of service very often these days. Very impressive.
I received the most awesome customer service here on the weekend! Thank you for all your help with the tights and making sure I left feeling confident xo
