Extremely helpful, Debbie went to a lot of trouble to make sure I could get the item I wanted.
One of my favourite shops in the Plaza! I was there on the weekend and was fortunate to be well looked after by two lovely young ladies - Emma and Hayley! I received the best customer service and was made to feel very welcome, not pressured to purchase, and well served! To my delight the very jeans I wanted had been reduced down 50% so it made my day. Customer service these days can be very "hit and miss" but no so at Katies Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast Plaza. Thank you ladies! Diane
Store says closes 5 pm disappointing make special trip to buy something at 4.30 store doors closed shut for the day need to be open until 5pm if that's what written.
Expect the shorts to last around 4 months and then they'll tell you it looks well worn. I have unsubscribed to the whole chain.
I went to katies last night and brought a jackets there, but the service i got from Debbie, she was soo lovely and helpful, and very good at her job, you could tell she actually enjoys her job, well done Debbie for helping me and keep up the good work
Weird - Item on a stand says $30 if you buy two, I only wanted one so I expected to pay more. Price for one was $29.95. Go figure! LOL
