I always feel good coming in a Chanel shop. The staff, Paige makes you feel special.
All a bit over the top for my liking for overpriced hand bags. Rather spend my money on my boat and lifestyle. Young girl walking around with a sour face like she owns the place. Not friendly at all.
Terrible service compare to other luxury store. Staff are not friendly, feel like they dont want to show us bags i want to see, disregard customers. Cheap service compared to very expensive bags. Next time we will drive from sunshine coast to gold coast rather than going to Brisbane city to buy Chanel bag.
I’ve been calling them for last few days. Bell goes but no one answers. Simply automatically disconnected. Very disappointing. I want to check if they have the item that I’m after via phone before I have to drive for 1 hour one way to Brisbane.
Beautiful store, exceptional products. Appreciate that staff don't interrupt thoughts and emotions when you are enjoying the luxury.
