Only walked pass looks tidy though

Bought a bag for uni today. Carol assisted and was an excellent help. Her product knowledge was great, she gave me a student discount, and we had a good chat. Recommended. Very good quality gear and fantastic service.

Great and extremely durable bags, but customer service ranges from professional to backchat.  I asked about how to clean my bag and was told I shouldnt be 'stupid enough' to get it dirty in the first place.  Businesses need to provide proper maintenance strategies for their products instead of relying on staff opinions.
