UBIQUITOUS UNIQLO OFFERING GOOD VALUE CASUAL CLOTHING Uniqlo stores across the world offer pretty much the same clothing lines. Good to see new technology going in to manufacture and recycling of items. This store is over 3 levels with lifts and escalators between floors. People with mobility issues will be fine here as there are no steps to negotiate. Self serve checkouts plus a staff assisted checkout if needed.
How have I only just discovered this?! Fantastic value! Great options and beautiful fabric. No issues with trying stuff on, was maximum 6 items. The check outs are cool!!! Will be back to buy more! Well worth popping in for sure
Amazing service, especially from that black shirt girl from the fitting room, I think her name is Nat, i don’t know, but she was very very impressive !! You guys have an exceptional employee!! I thought customer service is dead but I thought wrong !! Thank you will definitely be coming back again. :
My fave clothing store. Normally shops there crew Tshirt, denim jeans and winter jacket as they have the good quality for what you are paying. Staffs are very nice.
Uniqlo is a great stop for your casual needs. I love that they have free length adjustments for pants! I always get my casual business chinos from Uniqlo, and with free length adjustments, and 1 inch increments in waist sizes, it's easier to find your perfect fit!
Beautiful, easy to navigate, well-lit store with good quality essentials at reasonable price points. My mum and I love Uniqlo. I fond the staff in this store really friendly and eager to help. I also had a no-fuss exchange experience the next day. Would happily recommend Uniqlo to friends, this store is no exception!
Still shocked after yesterday’s visit to UNICLO Queen Street Mall. Me and my wife took 4 and 5 pieces of clothes to the fitting room and went to the big cabin No.1 because we are together and need more space. We do it in each shop and make decisions together what fits and what not. Sure it’s difficult sometimes to choose the right model and sizing, that’s why I went to the clothing area and back changing the sizes each time bringing back to the staff the clothes I don’t need. And guess what? 1. The lady who was taking off the clothes near the fitting rooms was wondering every time what I’m doing and I had to explain her every time that I just gave back some clothes and taking new one another size. The fitting rooms were almost empty so it was no hard to see and remember what is going on. 2. A few minutes later we were kinda punished and told that we are not allowed to be in the fitting room together ! and we should bring clothes back. Well, I brought it each time back. That’s clear, and if you have low level of attention it’s your issues. Do you want to see only one person per cabin? So write down your rules on the walls so everyone can see it! What if one of us had disabilities and might need help? And after that you checked our bags at exit. OMG! Never come back to this store. Teach your staff be polite and attentive! I’m shocked!
Awful experience with person at the fitting room. She was upset all the time because we unfolded clothes “we shouldn’t have unfolded”. She was rude and unfriendly. None smile, none eye contact. We ended up buying anything because of our experience.
Great selection of japanese casual clothing. Always something fresh and fairly priced. Has an inhouse tailor if pants over $30 is purchased. Receive donations of old clothing too.
Love shopping here. 3 separate floors for men, women and kids respectively. Lots of variety and high quality clothes. Great location and pleasant atmosphere. They have a loyalty app too.. By the same name. So use it to save some dollars. Staff are nice and unobtrusive. Overall I highly recommend this store.
