I will start off by saying the lady who served me was lovely, but I have never had a good experience here and my bad experience today has prompted me to leave a bad review. Last time I went to Off Ya Tree I got my helix pierced and had problems with it for years. I went to a better piercing store and they ridiculed whomever pierced it because it was pierced diagonally and therefore had extreme issues healing. I vowed to never go back after that. Today I went to change out my eyebrow piercing and I went to a couple of stores and they warned me that I couldn’t have a shorter bar because my piercing was a bit inflamed and that was okay, but none of the stores I went to had the style I wanted. I found the style I wanted at Off Ya Tree and decided surely with just a change of piercing I wouldn’t have any issues. I told the lady I didn’t want a smaller bar in case my eyebrow swallowed the piercing and she agreed and told me she would give me the same size I had. She was lovely and I don’t have an issue with the customer service but when she changed the piercing it was instantly obvious that she had given me a smaller bar. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and went home but within a few hours my eyebrow started swallowing the piercing and I had to take it out. I checked the two bars beside one another and the one she gave me is considerably smaller. Now I have no piercing at all, money is wasted, very upset and disappointed with every experience I have had at this store.  Update: Today I went back to let them know of my experience and ask for a refund. Once again my customer service experience was wonderful. The lady there was very nice, was more than happy to give me a refund and even  admitted she thought that the size shown on the receipt would have been too small for my eyebrow and it was an unlucky mistake. Really pleased with how lovely and understanding everyone in this store is despite the issues I have had.

I should have written this review a while ago. A couple days before my birthday I went here to get my first nose piercing and I did not have a good experience. I was with my cousin and asked if she could come into the room with me and the lady doing my piecing said no. Fair enough, with Covid regulations this made sense. Once the lady drew the dot on my nose on where to piece i asked her if I could leave the room and show my cousin the location of where the piecing was going to be and if she thought it was good placement. The lady then looked really angry and rolled her eyes asking "Oh what does your cousin know more about this than me? I've been doing this for 5 years." She made me feel very nervous about the whole experience, so much so that i just sat quietly and let her do the piecing. As soon as i left i realized that my placement of the piecing looked completely off and my whole family commented on so. The lady who did my piecing was just overall extremally rude and dismissive, and even tired to tell me that i didn't need to disinfect it properly with antiseptic and just salt water. I found her very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. So my advice to you, if you go here do not let the tall lady with dark hair do your piercing. she had her hair in two low piggy tailsService:&nbsp;Nose piercing

Appealing T-shirts, cushions, other cool just kinda different. But it’s definitely a no go for piercings,, Staff just don’t know enough or have enough trainings any time I’ve let them near my piercings for change overs it’s been more painful then it needed to be and I regretted not doing it myself. But it’s a nice store

I got my nose pierced here about 2 months ago. From the very start I had issues with the piercing, but at the time thought it seemed normal. My nose piercing was infected, TWO courses of antibiotics did not treat the infection. My GP advised it is very likely the piercing and/or equipment was not sterile enough, piercing had to be removed. Pretty disappointed. I should have read all the other poor reviews before coming here. Would recommend staying clear of this place, at least for piercings.Service:&nbsp;Nose piercing

I went in here to get my earlobes pierced again, and I accidentally left with a tattoo. The staff were very friendly and professional - both the lady at the counter, and the lady that did my piercing. It was not rushed My tattoo looks awesome, he was very personable and friendly to chat to. Was a clean and tidy studio and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Bianca is an exceptional piercing artist, literally the best in the establishment, they saved my dog from a house fire once, not only that but I’ve also witnessed them help 7 old ladies cross a road one at a time Their piercings are always absolutely spot on, just like the time they took down a thug robbing an elderly man by throwing a nearby rock at them. I’d let them pierce anywhere on my body, maybe not anywhere, but most places. If there was a duel at high noon, they’d be the fasted jewellery slinger in the west. I forgot to get the guys name but he tattooed me today 20-8-22 and did an awesome job. It look way less time than I expected and the lines and shading are very well done. Thanks man for making that a good experience rather than just a painful one haha.

Was sold the wrong gauge peircing... Best to check you get what u are looking for

Great place amazing even me and my sister walked in wanting Tragus piercing and they said yes we got them done the Piercer was really nice and made sure we were happy with where they were piercing and it Obviously hurt but about an hour later like we didn’t even have them done and they made sure we used the right stuff to keep it good. So if you want a peiring and I’m the city definitely recommend. The piercing has been in for ab 5 hours now and it’s pretty good and I’m happy
