My sales associate, Elizabeth was very friendly. She helped me find my card holder by searching via website, until I found my beloved card holder. She also helped me register my burberry member. The place is huge and the ambience give the luxury feeling..
Came here today to get my jacket tailored. Totally different layout style with the one in Sydney. Got lots of iconic fashion ready-to-wear. I was served by Sarah who is very polite and patient. I had a really good shopping experience here and really satisfied with the stuff I got here.
Not the best service. Don't pretend to adjust clothing to watch us shop. I came in already wearing Burberry, relax. The clothing is fine, the store is fine. The service is non existent.
For an expensive boutique the service is sub par, borderline passive aggressive; this is despite in purchasing a bag from them. If not for the friendly security guard, the place would be devoid of a friendly face.
The first time I visited this particular Burberry branch was to get a scarf for the colder season. The salesperson who attended to me, Jane, was lovely. She showed me a wide selection of scarves and very attentively helped me pick out the materials and designs. I planned to shop around a bit more, but her service was just stellar, so I bought a scarf on the spot! The second time I was after something trickier, namely the printed jackets with Tisci's shark and mermaid motifs. The store didn't have it, but the salesperson, Vivian, was just excellent. She figured out where it was in stock, and ordered it in for me and in two different sizes from two different cities, no less, just to make sure I got my fit, kept me updated via phone every step of the way, and even stayed past her work hours to make sure I was looked after and happy with my purchase. Even got a very nice coffee as I waited for some paperwork to be done! Cannot compliment their service enough. A+
Amazing customer service by LAURA! Even though I didn't end up buying anything cause the item I needed was only available online, she helped to choose the proper size! She knew she won't close the sale, but still was very attentive and patient. Laura is a personalized definition of excellent Customer Service.
Love this place. I go there as much as I can. Every time I go there I get skipped infront of the queue no matter how big the line is which makes me feel extremely prestigious. Big shout out to everyone working there they are very lovely and respectful. Mabina is a great and lovely person who always helps me every time I visit and informs me of any upcoming new garments I might be interested in. Highly appreciate the world of Burberry and its quality. The amount of compliments I get every time I wear Burberry makes me feel like a rock star!
Haven’t received an invitation for November Sale. I’ve been their faithful customer and have bought lots from Burberry. Not happy at all and won’t shop from them.
Hated the experience been followed around like you were going to steal it made me feel very uncomfortable. They need to understand there is a big difference between being attentive and making people uncomfortable . Head office needs to re visit the sales culture.
The Staff named Yu Fei is really rude! I came to the city Burberry for the new promotion VIP sale today, she just told me I need to wait for 1 hour and then would tell me the details for this promotion, actually I waited her for 3 hours and then she told me you r not our VIP customer so you are not allow to buy any our vip sale goods. She was really funny, If I can not get this promotion, why did she tell me earlier and let me waste the whole day for waiting her answer. And I bought so many goods at this store before but she can not found any my order histories,that is not my fails basically!!!
