I check the Instagram and visit the store every now and then and I finally found a bag that I instantly fell in love with. The bag was in great condition and my shopping experience was nothing short of wonderful, very pleasant and couldn’t fault the excellent customer service. Fabulous selection of highly sought after international designer pieces. Shannan was incredibly friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy with my Designer Archives experience from purchase to parcel at my front door. The item arrived via my own chosen courier service and was wrapped and protected incredibly well when it arrived, as if I had purchased instore myself. Her follow up after the item arrived was very lovely as I was able to share my excitement about my new purchase and ask any questions that I need to about my new bag. Overall I would say shopping online with Designer Archives has been one of my best online retail experiences as I was made to feel like a real customer rather than just an order that needs fulfilling as most other online retailers can unfortunately give you this sense of less importance. Will definitely be shopping with Shannan at Designer Archives again, wonderful experience even when I’m a few states away! Thank you so much again!

I have shopped here for many years and can not fault the service. Every time I visit the store I am greeted by name and made to feel special. There is always a great range of products and the items are always exactly as described. If you are looking to buy pre-loved designer items then this is where you should start your search.
Went to the store and found shoes that I liked, put them on lay by, because didn't have time to try them on, when I came back to 2 days later to try shoes on I realised that the back of the shoes was damaged. So I asked them to cancel my lay by. The lady in the shop then tells me they don't refund laybys. If they had explained this to me upfront I would not put anything on lay by! But nobody explained these unfair "rules" to me. I was a new customer. The item never left the store and was on lay by for 2 days before I cancelled - face to face in store. I'm very sad and disappointed because they kept my $140. Then two months after they kept my deposit they started calling to tell me that I still have that lay by! Totally unprofessional services! I will never will go there again! Be warned.
