Put a jacket in to be dry cleaned 2 weeks ago. Never received a message to say it was ready. Called multiple times on multiple days. Went in store 2x during opening hours AND YOUR STORE IS CLOSED. Literally standing outside your store now that was supposed to open at 8 and its locked.

I submitted a brand new unworn pair of denim pants for a new hem. I unpicked the existing narrow hem, adjusted it to a higher and wider hem, ironed it down and pinned it in place. When I dropped them off I said all I needed was for them to sew down as it was denim and I did not have the thicker thread in the orange colour to match all the other stitching. They cut my hem off and rehemmed it at a smaller size.  I spoke with staff and queried why this had been done as I did it all for them and now they would be too short to achieve the wider hem.  I was blamed for not explaining what I wanted properly even though it was all done for them and I did explain what I wanted.  They then convinced me to let them put a false hem in but I said it wont work as it will be two different fabrics and the additional seam will make the hem stiff so the legs would not sit right. They insisted I give them a chance to rectify, so I gave them the benefit of doubt. After I picked them up a second time, the fabric used on the inside looked like a an old scrap of stretchy denim when the pants denim is non stretch.  I thought I would wash them to see if there was any effect on the hem and of course the whole hem bubbled up because of the 2 different types of fabric. even ironing them didnt help and they hem was quite stiff so the pants legs stuck out looking odd.  I went back to the store to request a refund and money back on my brand new pants and was told no. This is not the first instance in our office that this has been an issue. I have since discovered a coworker went there and had similar difficulty. Would not recommend this businessService:&nbsp;Pants hemming

I brought in a skirt to be altered a week or two ago to be taken in at the waist. Was quoted $39.99 for the alterations and did a quick fitting and came in the next day to pick it up. I didn't notice an issue in store but when I  got home I noticed issues with the shape & fit. I followed up by going in store a couple days later to see what could be done but since the woman who altered my skirt wasn't in store, there wasn't anything that could be done. Also unless the tailor though there was an issue during fitting, I'd have to pay 39.99 again for any further adjustments. At the time I though this was fair cause any issues arised may have been from my negligence at fitting. I was told to come back on Monday-Thursday but couldn't due to scheduling. Instead I tried calling the store during the week to see if anything could be done but didn't have anyone pick up. Later when I was pinning the garment, I noticed that the belt loops hidden by fabric had been sewn shut!? The ones which visable haven't. This kinda implies the tailor thought I wouldn't notice if I couldn't see it and just sewed right over them but took care where she thought she could get caught. Because of the construction of the skirt, it needs a belt otherwise the waistline and drape is wonky. This shows a certain disregard to the work and especially any details! To be fair to the tailor, the skirt is some what more complicated with a lining and asymmetric outer section. I know this, communicated this, and would have totally fine paying extra if it meant I would receive good work.  Friendly and polite staff, nice store front. Could do to work on communication with customers about services. Also, I wasn't offered a receipt or emailed one to the email provided.  Edit: also to be fair, I did try it on when I picked it up, but rushed out. Idk what would have happened if I picked up the errors at that time

I submitted dry cleaning to this store and confirmed several times when it would be ready for pick up, arrived at the store and dry cleaning didn’t arrive, finally arrive 1.5 hours late and I received horrible attitude from the service staff with them blaming the customer for their issues with suppliers. Manager of store would rather have store open with horrible service staff then be present to change the service quality

I got a pair of pants taken up, and a pair of jeans taken in at the waist & I couldn't be happier with the results!! Despite her being a very busy lady, she couldn't have done a better job! Thank you so much :Service:&nbsp;Alterations
