Brett was so helpful, caring and genuine guy with helping me get my first proper watch purchase. Although I didn't buy the watch on the day he gave great advice and showed a wide array of options at an affordable price, Citizen watches and Seiko 5's. Could've talked to him all day! Give that man a pay rise!

I am absolutely amazed at how well I was treated by Mark and Brett. They really went above and beyond trying to help and were really sincere. I cannot recommend them enough, good price, great service and quality products.

My husband and myself had an amazing experience today. Mark   watch manager was amazing extremely friendly; polite and catered to our needs. Mark was very knowledgeable with all items we purchased and his personality was infectious. Thank you Mark you made my day a very happy one.

Mark was very knowledgable and helpful during our shopping for the perfect watch. Tne other staff members were also keen to assist and made us welcome. We visited a number of other watch sellers, but returned to Mark at WB in the Brisbane Mall. He also gave us a great deal.

Great selection of quality watch brands. Mark was friendly and very knowledgeable - highly recommend.

Trish gave us excellent service. She was helpful in finding what I wanted and patient while I made up my mind and I feel she looked after us in the pricing. I would shop here again.
