Such a beautiful store with such an amazing selection of crystals for all budgets. The pieces are priced more than fairy and they are all quality pieces. The couple working there are so friendly and helpful giving you great advice and knowledge. I can’t believe my eyes seeing any negative reviews for this store as I have only ever had amazing experiences. They are both very knowledgeable and can answer any question you need. Can’t recommend them enough!
I am heartbroken to see this shop close down. It has been my go to place to get pearl and opal jewellery for last several years. Very reasonably priced and unique pieces.
Great service and friendly staff that really know their rocks! That have a broad range of rocks in various shapes, sizes and for a variety of budgets. Opals, various semiprecious stones and crystals are all available here, along with pearls. Not sure that they have the absolute best prices, but they certainly aren't very overpriced. Will definitely be returning here.
What a fantastic place! Such beautiful amazing stones and fossils etc, and the gentleman and his wife were super lovely and friendly. I went in yesterday with my young daughter, and my son who we were down visiting . As my daughter and I are hooked now since finding interesting rocks on our property we couldn’t help but come and look. The gentleman was so kind to listen to me telling him about our findings and looking at my photos on my phone and answering all my questions. He was so kind to impart just a small amount of his knowledge on me! Next time I will bring one of my prettier stones to get set hopefully and a few rough ones to show. A must do for on your travels, a most beautiful little store with a huge amount of gorgeous stones and pieces for all budgets, even for little budgets. My daughter bought two beautiful stones on necklaces and is as pleased as can be!
Fabulous service from Jane and Ian. Had a ring designed and made. The stone Ian had was exactly what we were after. The ring was ready in a week and the comments that my wife has received from numerous people about her ring is a testament to their workmanship. We have recommended the Rock Shop to everyone who has asked about the ring. We will be back to have matching ear rings made. Looking forward to catching up with Ian and Jane shortly.
Beautiful display of many Rocks and associated Jewellery ,very nice display of Opals and Opal Jewellery ,very inspiring ! Friendly Staff.
This business has been around for a long time and is so good at what they do. Beautiful one off pieces at great prices. Such a shame they are closing next year. Get in while you can and support local.
Both owners appear to be presumptuous and arrogant, and the majority of the items on display are of questionable quality and crude craftsmanship. They just focus exclusively on making profit without providing an agreeable shopping experience for customers. And they often demonstrate a failure to show appreciation for regular customers. All in all, the level of service needs to be significantly improved.
This is a wonderful store full of beautiful specimens! It's a sad day for the CBD that they are closing, so hopefully there is a way to keep in touch.
Love the shop, very good pieces of stones, but shock to see the banner they will close in August 2022 heartbreaking!!
