Corin Corinne?! - Wish we'd got the spelling of her name! Lovely lady who helped us with lodging my partners medicare after his VISA renewal. She was extremely patient, helpful and supportive and went over and above our expectations of what a service professional can do. Really happy with the service provided in branch and stoked with the amazing staff at this centre.
Today was my first time at Centrelink.nGreg did my check-in. My enquiry was dealt with by Naarah. Both were calm and pleasant to deal with.nGreg saw me waiting to Check-In and asked me to come forward. When reached the counter I was still trying to look up my CRN, he was patient with me and eventually helped me find it on the app. Greg seems very efficient.nNaarah was extremely helpful. It seems like Naraah expedited a few steps in my JobSeeker claim I anticipate without Naraah's help that Centrelink's online process would have been slower.nWhile Naarah was looking into something for me at their workstation, I asked about an SMS that I had just received, apparently from Workforce Australia. It is commendable that Naarah suggested that I do not follow the link in the SMS.nI agree with the other 5-star rating that the waiting seats are comfy.nFrom the time I arrive to the time I left was about 20 minutes, maybe 30 minutes.
The officer who assisted me “Leesa” was very helpful with the MyGov app linking Medicare to enable a Medicare claim for surgery which provided information for my private health care. Excellent service.
Went there once never again.nEmployees are not very helpful.
