After dealing with one of the most deplorable and unhelpful front counter staff member, I stood my ground. Most people would have just left, dejected, and feeling that they couldn't break through the beauacratic wall. I, however, asked to speak with someone else. three times Which was met with a very grudging, disdainful and dismissive response. I waited and had the opportunity to speak with a human, thank goodness!! My circumstances did NOT fit the boxes of the online forms. After hearing my personal story I have been put back into the system by a HUMAN, rather than an algorithm.
Tracey on the door was lovely and that’s where the good service stopped. Terrible Medicare service from a blonde woman with mid length hair who seemed to want to get rid of us quickly and send us online. Refused to except a bank document as verification of a bank account. Even though we had a matching debit card. Didn’t make sense and I feel this is not following the rules correctly. She said she’s been with Medicare for 30 years. Clearly jaded and unhappy and her job otherwise she would be giving better service to customers. Perhaps time for some new blood in the team?
I just moved from WA to Brisbane and I am so glad I came to this branch. I have severe mental health disabilities and they took very good care of me and the lady that helped me with everything was wonderful. I had very bad experience with Centrelink in WA and I am now so happy they are responsible for me...
Excellent place and a very great customer service. Place look itself a very professional and the way they give helping hands to the people are very grateful. I went there to get my id verifications. The process went very smooth. The respect towards people are very nice. I would recommend this Centrelink to other people for there work.
Even though we had to wait a very long time to be seen as we didn’t have an appointment, the service provider we ended up seeing was beyond amazing. Thankyou again Sue for helping us so throughly yesterday so late in the afternoon.

Had my worst customer service experience with Jessica. She denied to accept documents that I was told by the centrelink staff to bring in and claimed that ‘if I had read the MoodJY documents properly’ I would not have listened to these staff. Extremely rude and incompetent.
I have a question, is the estimated waiting time is about 1hr on a not busy Tuesday Afternoon. And only assign one resource for medicare related enquires?
I was a bit unsure which location to go to sort out some medicare issues. I went to the one at Logan Road and it was a very good experience. Karen who assisted me was very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and polite. Thank you.
