I recently visited this library hoping for a quiet space to study, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. There were several people talking loudly and even taking phone calls inside the library, which made it really hard to focus. Libraries are usually peaceful places for reading, studying, or working, so it was disappointing to experience so much noise. I hope the staff can help maintain a quieter environment in the future it would really improve the experience for everyone.

A good varied space suitable for a lot of purposes and tastes. Clean, bright and spacious. The recent renovation has added quite a lot of space. Though it can be busy enough that it can be quite hard to find a spare space/ table to work at at times.nnThe main disappointment I had - some time back - was that I had an online interview and thought I could book a study room like at the Logan Libraries.nnTo my astonishment the staff member knocked me back and said the study rooms were only for students.nnI had to undertake my interview in the public space and to top it off, I was told to shhh and to finish up, by a different staff member. So ridiculous. Luckily it was at the end of the interview, but I did think this was unnecessary criteria for what is now an established community space.nnI’d love to see them refresh their study rooms policies if they haven’t already. Dropped a star for that one.nnBut yes, overall a good community space with some awesome programs and a great modern collection including ebooks and audio books which I thoroughly enjoy.nnWorth a visit.

Funniest library I’ve ever been! I love the place, the community that puts holds events and things are really cool, and just the people themselves are just really fun! I really hope this place continues getting more and more popular!

Pretty big fan of all the Brisbane City Council libraries but this one always has a special place in my heart as I took my son Tommy to rhyme time a lot here.nnThe staff are absolutely delightful and so helpful with the new? borrowing technology.nnGreat place to bring young kids as there is something in the hub for all ages - my 18 month old daughter is besotted with the screen on the floor and my son loves the reading nooks.nnThere are always authors, activities or events so make sure you grab a calendar.

Library staff member was not very nice to me and my children. At one of the children program events would not recommend this library find another library that is nicer to young children and there mothers and more accommodating to toddlers and babies and post-partum mums.
