The young lady who helped us after waiting for about half an hour was so nice and professional. The old ladies at the service desks where so condescending with us as well as other older clients who came in for assistance. They told off an older gentleman that he should just log in online and do it himself. It’s was OBVIOUS this client doesn’t have computer knowledge because he didn’t understand what they where saying. After explaining to them that he needs a paper for his appointment on Monday, this lady has the nerve to ask him “why do you come in at 15:30 on a Friday afternoon then?” Like that’s any of her business but the way she spoke to him made me so upset. No customer service and so rude to clients. Not everyone has the resources or the knowledge to do what they want to do online and the way she spoke to him was so condescending and thoughtless. She and her friend in the cubicle next to her needs some serious training in how to deal with diverse customers.
Great service really friendly staff I always get treated with respect from every staff member and they always resolve any issues that i would have and they always make sure you are satisfied before you leave Centrelink Great work Centrelink staff P.s. Please everyone be passionate with the staff they are very bizzy and there trying to help you so please treat them with respect like they always do

After trying to call Centrelink 4 times, I eventually got blocked by the automated voice. But did end up talking with someone eventually, they were polite which was nice. But had to contact them through the complaints phone number. They really need more people answering phones.
Don't visit after 3pm Friday afternoon. I just wanted to get mum her customer number so I could fix up her pension details and got turned away at the check-in desk. Instead, I get to take one of my precious annual leave days and return here again for another fun-filled adventure.
Was a long wait to be seen but Kim sorted out within 10 mins of talking to her and also went above and beyond to sort out a problem that has been happening since April. Admittedly I was a bit frazzled with the situation but she was great.... Thanks Kim.
Wait times can be a bit but for a Centrelink they have pretty good service
